मुजफ्फरनगर बुढ़ाना क्षेत्र में पुलिस ने अवैध मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए एक हिस्ट्रीशीटर और एक वांछित अपराधी को मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया. आरोपी के कब्जे के करीब 21 किलो अवैध गांजाएक इको कार और 315 बोर पिस्तौल, एक जिंदा कारतूस और एक चला हुआ कारतूस बरामद कर लिया गया है. मुठभेड़ के दौरान आरोपी के पैर में गोली लगी, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे घायल अवस्था में पकड़ लिया और इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा.

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जिले में अवैध गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर रखी जा रही है और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की तुरंत पहचान कर कार्रवाई की जा रही है.

चेकिंग के दौरान सामने आया संदिग्ध वाहन

आरोपियों को भागता देख पुलिस टीम ने तुरंत इलाके की घेराबंदी कर दी. पुलिस ने उसे आत्मसमर्पण करने की चेतावनी दी और हथियार डालने को कहा.
