बलिया जिले के बैरिया इलाके से एक चिंताजनक घटना सामने आई है. यहां आवारा कुत्तों के हमले में तीन बच्चे गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए. घायलों में 4 साल का मासूम लड्डू सबसे गंभीर बताया जा रहा है. कुत्ते के काटने से उसके सिर पर गहरा घाव हो गया। घाव भरने के लिए डॉक्टरों को 32 टांके लगाने पड़े। बच्चे की हालत गंभीर होने के कारण उसे बेहतर इलाज के लिए वाराणसी के ट्रामा सेंटर रेफर कर दिया गया है. इस घटना के बाद इलाके में डर और चिंता का माहौल है.

खेलते समय कुत्तों ने हमला कर दिया
जानकारी के अनुसार, रानीगंज बाजार कोटवा निवासी रोहित साह बाजार में सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के पास ठेला लगाकर फल बेचता है. उसका चार साल का बेटा लड्डू के ठेले के पास खेल रहा था। खेलते-खेलते वह पास की एक गली में पहुंच गया। उसी गली में पहले से ही कई आवारा कुत्ते मौजूद थे. जैसे ही बच्चा वहां पहुंचा तो कुत्तों ने उस पर हमला कर दिया.

लोगों ने बच्चे की जान बचा ली
कुत्तों ने लड्डू को कई जगहों पर काटकर बुरी तरह घायल कर दिया। बच्चे की चीख सुनकर उसके पिता रोहित और आसपास के लोग तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे। सभी ने मिलकर किसी तरह कुत्तों को भगाया और बच्चे को बचाया। घायल लड्डू को इलाज के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सोनबरसा ले जाया गया। जांच के बाद उसकी हालत गंभीर देख डॉक्टरों ने उसे वाराणसी ट्रामा सेंटर रेफर कर दिया।

स्कूल से लौटते वक्त दो और बच्चों पर हमला
इसी इलाके में एक और घटना सामने आई। भीखा छपरा गांव निवासी शत्रुघ्न सिंह का 13 वर्षीय बेटा एहम और 6 वर्षीय बेटी सृष्टि स्कूल से घर लौट रहे थे. घर से कुछ दूर पहले एक कुत्ते ने दोनों बच्चों पर हमला कर दिया। हमले में सृष्टि के दाहिने हाथ और पैर में चोटें आईं, जबकि एहम के बाएं हाथ और पैर पर कुत्ते ने काट लिया। दोनों घायल बच्चों को तत्काल सोनबरसा के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले जाया गया.

अस्पताल में इलाज किया गया
डॉक्टरों ने दोनों बच्चों को एंटी रेबीज वैक्सीन देकर इलाज किया. फिलहाल दोनों की हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है. लगातार हो रही ऐसी घटनाओं से इलाके के लोग काफी परेशान हैं. स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि आवारा कुत्तों की बढ़ती संख्या के कारण बच्चों और राहगीरों की सुरक्षा खतरे में है. लोगों ने प्रशासन से इस समस्या का जल्द समाधान करने की मांग की है.

मुज़फ्फरनगर स्नैचिंग केस की यह घटना केनरा बैंक के पास, रूड़की रोड हुई थी। पीड़ित फरहा की बेटी तमरेज़ अब्बासीनिवासी केवलपुरी थाना सिविल लाइन मुजफ्फरनगर12 मार्च को कोतवाली नगर थाने पहुंचकर शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

फरहा ने पुलिस को बताया कि वह केनरा बैंक के पास मौजूद थी, तभी एक अज्ञात युवक अचानक आया और उसका पर्स छीनकर भाग गया. पर्स में ओप्पो कंपनी का मोबाइल फोन और लगभग 2200 रुपये नकद रखे गए थे.

घटना के बाद पीड़ित ने तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी और लिखित शिकायत दी. शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है.

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में पुलिस टीम का गठन किया गया

सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस ने मो चरथावल बस स्टैंड का पिछला भाग छापेमारी की गई, जहां से आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया.

गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान आशीष पुत्र दिनेशनिवासी नाली कृष्णापुरी थाना कोतवाली नगर मुज़फ्फरनगर के पास गंदा कुआँ के रूप में हुआ है.

पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद उससे पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है और उसके कब्जे से स्नैचिंग में लूटा गया सामान भी बरामद कर लिया है.

पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपियों के कब्जे से पीड़िता का पर्स और उसमें रखा सामान बरामद कर लिया गया है.

बरामद माल में ओप्पो कंपनी का मोबाइल फोन और 2200 रुपये नकद शामिल हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपी से पूछताछ की जा रही है कि क्या वह पहले भी ऐसी घटनाओं में शामिल रहा है.

इन मे जिला समन्वयक जल निगम मानेन्द्र कुमार, सचिन पुंडीर, मांगेराम, राज तिलक और इमरान क़ुरैशी जिनमें बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण शामिल हुए।

सभी ने मिलकर जल संरक्षण और स्वच्छ पेयजल के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने का संदेश दिया।

ग्राम जग्गाहेड़ी में आयोजित “जल अर्पण 2026” कार्यक्रम ने ग्रामीणों के बीच जल संरक्षण एवं स्वच्छ पेयजल के महत्व के बारे में सकारात्मक संदेश दिया। ऐसे कार्यक्रम न केवल लोगों को जागरूक करते हैं बल्कि समाज को पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जल संसाधनों के समुचित उपयोग के लिए प्रेरित भी करते हैं। स्थानीय प्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों ने उम्मीद जताई कि इस पहल से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जल संरक्षण की भावना और मजबूत होगी.
