फ़तेहपुर के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) कार्यालय में उस समय हंगामा मच गया जब एक युवक अपने साथियों के साथ पहुंचा और टेंडर दिलाने के नाम पर पैसे लेने का आरोप लगाते हुए गाली-गलौज की. इस पूरी घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है, जिससे प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया है. वीडियो में युवक सीएमओ के सामने हंगामा करते हुए पैसे वापस मांगता नजर आ रहा है. मामले को लेकर अधिकारियों की चुप्पी अब सवाल खड़े कर रही है.

टेंडर के नाम पर पैसे लेने का आरोप
मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक एक युवक ने आरोप लगाया कि सीएमओ कार्यालय में टेंडर दिलाने के नाम पर उससे पैसे लिये गये. इससे नाराज होकर वह अपने चार-पांच साथियों के साथ कार्यालय पहुंचा और वहां जमकर हंगामा किया. युवक सीएमओ के सामने ही गाली-गलौज करने लगा और अपने रुपये वापस मांगने लगा।

वीडियो में पूरी घटना दिखाई गई है
वायरल वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि युवक सीएमओ के सामने जोर-जोर से चिल्ला रहा है और गाली-गलौज कर रहा है. इस दौरान मौके पर सीएमओ राजीव नयन गिरि भी मौजूद नजर आ रहे हैं. वीडियो में सीएमओ युवक से कहते सुनाई दे रहे हैं कि ‘अंकित’ से मिल लो, तुम्हारा काम हो जाएगा।

संविदा कर्मियों पर भी उठे सवाल
हंगामे के दौरान युवकों ने संविदा कर्मी अंकित से मिलने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वह मौके से भाग गया। इस घटना के बाद यह भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि क्या टेंडर प्रक्रिया में अनियमितताएं हुई हैं और इसमें किन लोगों की भूमिका है.

अधिकारियों की चुप्पी से बढ़े सवाल
घटना के बाद जब मीडिया ने सीएमओ से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की तो उन्होंने फोन नहीं उठाया. अन्य अधिकारियों से भी बात करने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन कोई भी कैमरे के सामने कुछ भी बोलने को तैयार नहीं हुआ. इससे पूरे मामले पर संदेह गहरा गया है.

जांच की जरूरत, पारदर्शिता पर सवाल
कुल मिलाकर यह मामला सरकारी दफ्तरों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही पर सवाल उठाता है. वायरल वीडियो के बाद अब यह जरूरी हो गया है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच हो और सच्चाई सामने आये, ताकि दोषियों पर कार्रवाई की जा सके.

फिलहाल राजधानी के करीब 2100 घरों और 25 व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों में पीएनजी की आपूर्ति की जा रही है. जबकि शहर में 250 किलोमीटर से अधिक पाइपलाइन में गैस उपलब्ध है और जल्द ही लगभग 100 किलोमीटर पाइपलाइन में गैस चालू होने की उम्मीद है. इन पाइपलाइनों से हजारों घर और प्रतिष्ठान जुड़े हुए हैं। करीब 35 हजार घर ऐसे हैं, जहां पाइपलाइन फिटिंग और मीटर तो लगा दिए गए हैं, लेकिन उन्हें अभी तक मुख्य लाइन से नहीं जोड़ा गया है। कंपनी जल्द ही सबसे पहले इन घरों में गैस की सप्लाई शुरू करेगी.

अनुमतियाँ एक बड़ी बाधा बन गईं

राजधानी में गेल की पाइपलाइन बिछाने का काम करीब तीन साल पहले शुरू हुआ था. मौसम के कारण साल में लगभग छह महीने काम बंद रहता है, जबकि बाकी समय सिर्फ रात में ही काम करने की इजाजत होती है।

कई बार वेंडरों की लापरवाही के कारण अनुमति रद्द होने से काम प्रभावित होता है। यही कारण है कि प्रोजेक्ट की गति धीमी बनी हुई है. होटल-रेस्टोरेंट ने दिखाई रुचि: सिलेंडर संकट के बाद अब बड़े व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान भी पीएनजी की ओर रुख कर रहे हैं। पिछले एक सप्ताह में करीब 30 बड़े होटल और रेस्टोरेंट के साथ समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किये गये हैं. इसके अलावा कन्फेक्शनरी एसोसिएशन ने भी पीएनजी कनेक्शन की मांग की है।

उत्तर प्रदेश समाचार: दुनिया भर में प्रदूषण की समस्या लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है और भारत में भी स्थिति चिंता का विषय बनी हुई है। हाल ही में जारी विश्व वायु गुणवत्ता रिपोर्ट 2025 के अनुसार, दुनिया के 5 सबसे प्रदूषित शहरों में से 3 भारत के हैं, जबकि शीर्ष 50 में से 29 शहर अकेले भारत के हैं। इस रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, साल 2025 में दिल्ली दुनिया का चौथा सबसे प्रदूषित शहर और सबसे प्रदूषित राजधानी होगी। हालांकि, राहत की बात यह है कि भारत अब सबसे प्रदूषित देशों की टॉप 5 सूची से बाहर हो गया है।

PM2.5 लेवल ने बढ़ाई चिंता
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, दिल्ली का वार्षिक औसत PM2.5 स्तर 99.6μg/m³ दर्ज किया गया, जो विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) की सुरक्षित सीमा से लगभग 20 गुना अधिक है। स्विस कंपनी IQAir की इस रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद का लोनी शहर 112.5μg/m³ के साथ दुनिया का सबसे प्रदूषित शहर है. इसके बाद चीन के होटन दूसरे और मेघालय के बिरनीहाट तीसरे स्थान पर रहे।

रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि 2024 तक लोनी में प्रदूषण का स्तर 23% बढ़ गया है, जो WHO के मानकों से 22 गुना अधिक है। दुनिया के 25 सबसे प्रदूषित शहर भारत, पाकिस्तान और चीन में ही हैं। खास बात यह है कि शीर्ष 4 सबसे प्रदूषित शहरों में से 3 भारत के हैं, जो स्थिति की गंभीरता को दर्शाता है।

नई दिल्ली सबसे प्रदूषित राजधानी है
रिपोर्ट में नई दिल्ली और दिल्ली को अलग-अलग आंकड़ों में दिखाया गया है. नई दिल्ली का औसत PM2.5 स्तर 82.2μg/m³ था, जिससे यह दुनिया की सबसे प्रदूषित राजधानी बन गई। इसके बाद बांग्लादेश की राजधानी ढाका और ताजिकिस्तान का दुशांबे दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर रहे।

देशों की सूची में भारत का स्थान
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, भारत दुनिया का छठा सबसे प्रदूषित देश रहा, जहां PM2.5 का औसत स्तर 48.9μg/m³ दर्ज किया गया. इससे पहले 2024 में भारत पांचवें स्थान पर था। दुनिया के सबसे प्रदूषित देशों में पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, ताजिकिस्तान, चाड और कांगो शीर्ष पर हैं।

कुछ राहत, लेकिन समस्या अब भी बरकरार
रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि भारत में प्रदूषण में थोड़ी कमी आई है. 2024 की तुलना में 2025 में औसत PM2.5 स्तर में 3% की गिरावट आई है। दिल्ली में भी 8% की कमी आई है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद स्मॉग और धूल भरी आंधी के कारण प्रदूषण की समस्या अभी भी बनी हुई है।
