केस 3- 19 फरवरी को आईटीआई थाना पुलिस ने जिन्न के नाम पर डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधड़ी के मामले में रामपुर यूपी निवासी फर्जी मौलाना समेत तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया था। वह भी किराये के कमरे में रहता था.

केस 4- मार्च 2023 में भी पुलिस ने किराए के मकान में देह व्यापार का खुलासा किया था.

केस 5- 19 जुलाई 2023 को शरीफ ने संतोष बनकर शाहजहांपुर निवासी युवती को रुद्रपुर में किराए के कमरे में बंधक बनाकर दुष्कर्म किया था।

केस 6- मार्च 2022 में किराए के कमरे में चल रहा था देह व्यापार. पुलिस ने तीन महिलाओं समेत पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया था.
