जानकारी के मुताबिक, वाराणसी के दीन दयाल उपाध्याय जिला अस्पताल के पैथोलॉजी लैब में कुछ कर्मचारियों ने ड्यूटी के दौरान शराब और खाने की पार्टी शुरू कर दी. बताया जा रहा है कि यह घटना उस वक्त हुई जब अस्पताल में मरीजों के ब्लड सैंपल और जांच रिपोर्ट से जुड़ा काम चल रहा था. वायरल वीडियो में कुछ लोग लैब के अंदर बैठकर शराब पीते और खाना खाते नजर आ रहे हैं. बताया जा रहा है कि ये लोग लैब टेक्नीशियन और सैंपलिंग करने वाले कर्मचारी हो सकते हैं. हालांकि, अभी तक यह साफ नहीं हो पाया है कि वीडियो में नजर आ रहे लोग कौन हैं.

वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद प्रशासन ने कार्रवाई की

जानकारी के मुताबिक बच्ची की मां मनोरमा ने थाने में शिकायत दर्ज करायी है कि उसकी बेटी हंसिया से गिर गयी है. इससे उसकी गर्दन पर आगे से चोट लग गई और काफी खून बहने लगा। इसके बाद परिजन उसे तुरंत अस्पताल ले गए, जहां इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई. लेकिन घटना के बाद इलाके में तरह-तरह की चर्चा शुरू हो गयी. इससे पुलिस को मामला संदिग्ध लगा और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया. शनिवार को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव का अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया गया।

पूछताछ में पिता ने सच कबूल कर लिया
पुलिस ने जब मृतक के पिता कमलेश भारती से सख्ती से पूछताछ की तो वह पुलिस के सवालों में उलझ गये. इसके बाद पुलिस का शक गहरा गया. साक्ष्य जुटाने के बाद रविवार सुबह पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पूछताछ में आरोपी पिता ने बताया कि शुक्रवार सुबह उसकी बेटी किसी लड़के से मोबाइल पर बात कर रही थी. वह कई दिनों से उसे मना कर रहा था, लेकिन वह नहीं मान रही थी. इसी बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच झगड़ा हुआ.

गुस्से में हंसिये से हमला कर दिया
आरोपी पिता के मुताबिक, उसने अपनी बेटी को रोकने के लिए उसे थप्पड़ मारा था. इस पर बेटी ने भी हाथ उठाया। इससे वह गुस्से में आ गया और घर में रखे हंसिये से नेहा पर कई वार कर दिये. हमले में नेहा गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई। इसके बाद आरोपी घर से भाग गया। पत्नी ने नेहा को बचाने की बहुत कोशिश की और अस्पताल ले गई, लेकिन मेडिकल कॉलेज में इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।

इस मामले में गोरखपुर के एसपी नॉर्थ ज्ञानेंद्र प्रसाद ने बताया कि पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपी ने अपना जुर्म कबूल कर लिया है. आरोपी कमलेश के परिवार में दो बेटियां और दो बेटे हैं. नेहा दूसरी संतान थी. बड़ी बेटी की शादी हो चुकी है, जबकि दो भाई उससे छोटे हैं। घर में आरोपी की 65 वर्षीय मां भी रहती है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है.
