New Delhi: The Congress on Wednesday took a dig at the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led central government for its remarks that India does not see itself as a “dalal” (middleman) like Pakistan, and questioned its past diplomatic outreach.Congress leader Pawan Khera said in a post on Twitter: “Was India a ‘broker country’ when Modi was desperate to mediate between Russia and Ukraine? Selective brokerage or selective memory?”
His comments came as External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar told leaders at an all-party meeting that India does not act as a “middleman” nation like Pakistan amid growing reports of efforts to mediate in the ongoing conflict in Iran.“We are not a broker nation,” Jaishankar said during a meeting called in the Parliament complex to discuss the Middle East crisis. बरेली मामले में सख्ती से चर्चा में आए
जस्टिस अतुल श्रीधरन पहले भी अपने फैसलों को लेकर सुर्खियों में रह चुके हैं. बरेली से जुड़े एक मामले में उन्होंने जस्टिस सिद्धार्थ नंदन के साथ मिलकर प्रशासन पर सख्त रुख अपनाया था. कोर्ट ने मुस्लिम युवक हसीन खान को 24 घंटे सशस्त्र सुरक्षा मुहैया कराने का आदेश दिया था. साथ ही तत्कालीन डीएम अविनाश सिंह और एसएसपी अनुराग आर्य को कोर्ट में तलब किया था.
कोर्ट ने सख्त चेतावनी दी थी
इस मामले में कोर्ट ने कंप्लेंट नोटिस जारी करते हुए साफ कहा था कि किसी को उसकी निजी संपत्ति पर नमाज पढ़ने से रोकना कोर्ट के आदेश का उल्लंघन है. कोर्ट ने प्रशासन को चेतावनी दी थी कि ऐसे मामलों में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी.

इसके साथ ही कैमरों का बैकअप सुरक्षित रखने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया ताकि किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की स्थिति में जांच प्रक्रिया में मदद मिल सके. अधिकारियों ने बैंक परिसर में अलार्म सिस्टम सक्रिय रखने तथा सुरक्षा गार्ड की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करने का भी निर्देश दिया.

साइबर धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में तुरंत अकाउंट फ्रीज करने के निर्देश
सेमिनार के दौरान वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि साइबर ठगी से संबंधित मामलों में पुलिस द्वारा भेजे गये प्रार्थना पत्रों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाये. ऐसे मामलों में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर खातों को फ्रीज किया जाना चाहिए ताकि पीड़ित के पैसे की सुरक्षा की जा सके।
उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर कार्रवाई से वित्तीय क्षति को काफी हद तक रोका जा सकता है और अपराधियों पर नकेल कसने में भी मदद मिलेगी।
संदिग्ध लेनदेन की सूचना देने के संबंध में बैंक शाखाओं को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश
बैठक के दौरान बैंक प्रबंधकों को संदिग्ध लेनदेन पर विशेष नजर रखने तथा ऐसे मामलों की नियमानुसार रिपोर्टिंग सुनिश्चित करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया. यदि आवश्यक हो तो संबंधित जानकारी तत्काल पुलिस एवं साइबर सेल को उपलब्ध करायी जाय।
माना जा रहा है कि यह कदम वित्तीय अपराधों की रोकथाम में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।
पुलिस और बैंकिंग संस्थानों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय पर विशेष जोर दिया गया
सेमिनार के अंत में वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा ने बैंक प्रबंधकों से पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ लगातार समन्वय बनाये रखने की अपील की. उन्होंने कहा कि संयुक्त प्रयासों से ही सुरक्षित बैंकिंग माहौल बनाया जा सकता है।
उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि पुलिस विभाग बैंक सुरक्षा को लेकर पूरी तरह गंभीर है और किसी भी प्रकार की चुनौती से निपटने के लिए हर संभव सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
