Power generation for every household and industry is completely safe,” Puri said.The Union minister said the hostilities have effectively shut down commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, a key route that typically transports about 20 percent of the world’s crude oil, natural gas and LPG. Despite the disruption, as about 45 percent of India’s crude oil imports previously went through this route, the country has managed to stabilize supplies by increasing alternative sourcing. He noted that “Non-Hormuz sourcing has increased to approximately 70 percent of crude oil imports, up from 55 percent before the conflict began.”Puri attributed the resilience partly to long-term diversification of crude oil suppliers, noting that India now imports oil from 40 countries, whereas in 2006-07 it imported from 27 countries. He assured the House that “there is no shortage of petrol, diesel, kerosene, ATF or fuel oil. The availability of petrol, diesel, aviation turbine fuel, kerosene and fuel oil is completely assured,” adding that domestic refineries are operating at high capacity utilisation, in some cases “more than 100 per cent”.He urged public and political stakeholders to avoid spreading misinformation during the ongoing energy crisis caused by the Middle East conflict, and stressed that the government’s preparedness and response mechanisms are working effectively. “This is not the time for rumor mongering or fake narratives. India is facing the most severe global energy disruption in recorded history. Fuel supplies are flowing, gas has been prioritized for homes and farms, and LPG production has increased by 28%. Consumer prices are being held well below those otherwise set by market trends and regional competitors. Schools are open and petrol is available at fuel stations… India must unite behind energy workers, behind the institutions managing the crisis, and behind the national interest. The record of preparation and the record of response speaks for itself,” he said.On natural gas supply, the minister said the government has introduced a priority allocation system under the Natural Gas Control Order issued on March 9. According to the minister, domestic LPG production has increased by 28 percent in the last five days following the refinery instructions. To curb hoarding and control demand, authorities have introduced a minimum gap of 25 days between LPG cylinder bookings in urban areas and expanded the delivery authentication code system to cover 90 per cent of consumers.Puri also clarified that the distribution cycle of domestic LPG will remain unaffected. “Domestic supply is completely secure, and the delivery cycle is unchanged. The standard time from booking to delivery for domestic LPG cylinders is 2.5 days, unchanged from pre-crisis norms,” ​​he said.To further reduce pressure on gas supplies, the government has activated alternative fuel options. पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक जिले में विभिन्न मामलों में वांछित और शामिल आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार अभियान चलाया जा रहा है. इसी अभियान के तहत खालापार थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

एसएसपी के निर्देश पर चल रहा है अभियान

जिले में अपराध नियंत्रण एवं वांछित अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी के संबंध में। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा के निर्देश पर विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है.

इस अभियान के तहत क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर सिद्धार्थ कुमार मिश्र और खालापार थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक महावीर सिंह चौहान के निर्देशन में पुलिस टीम सक्रिय कार्रवाई कर रही है।

पुलिस का कहना है कि जिले में कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने और अपराधियों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए लगातार निगरानी और कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी.

3 मार्च की घटना में केस दर्ज किया गया था

मुजफ्फरनगर खालापार पुलिस इस मामले के अनुसार 3 मार्च 2026 के बारे में है।

इस मामले में वादी मो हाजी मेहरबान पुत्र इस्लामखालापार के रहमतनगर निवासी ने पुलिस को शिकायत दी थी।

शिकायत में बताया गया कि तीन मार्च को उनके बेटे मो इनाम और उसके चाचा इस्तकार कुछ लोगों ने उसे मारपीट कर घायल कर दिया.

पीड़ित पक्ष के मुताबिक आरोपियों ने न सिर्फ उनके साथ मारपीट की बल्कि धमकी भी दी.

कई लोगों पर आरोप लगे

शिकायत में कई लोगों के नाम सामने आये थे.

शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया था कि नदीम, शमीम पुत्र रईस, अल्लू पुत्र जमील, तहसीन, शादाब, महताब और समीर पुत्र अखलाक शामिल हैं। उसके समेत अन्य लोगों ने मिलकर सवाब और उसके मामा इश्तकार की पिटाई कर दी।

घटना के बाद पुलिस ने संबंधित धाराओं में केस दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है.

मुखबिर की सूचना पर हुई गिरफ्तारी

मामले की जांच के दौरान पुलिस लगातार आरोपियों की तलाश कर रही थी.

इसी बीच पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि घटना में कुछ आरोपी शामिल हैं. शहर के केंद्र के पास मौजूद हैं.

सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस टीम तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और कार्रवाई करते हुए दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

तहसीन और अखलाक गिरफ्तार

पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान तहसीन और अखलाक का बेटा अखलाक निवासी रहमतनगर, खालापार के रूप में हुआ है.

गिरफ्तारी के बाद दोनों आरोपियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है और मामले से जुड़े अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश भी जारी है.

कई मामले पहले से दर्ज हैं

पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के खिलाफ पहले से ही विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत कई मामले दर्ज हैं.

पुलिस अब इन आरोपियों का आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड भी खंगाल रही है ताकि इनके खिलाफ आगे की कार्रवाई की जा सके.

जानकारी के मुताबिक उधूपुर गांव निवासी 15 वर्षीय सुधारन राजभर को सोमवार की देर रात दो युवक घर से बुलाकर ले गये. बताया जा रहा है कि जब वह उनसे मिलने पहुंचे तो वहां पहले से ही कुछ युवक मौजूद थे। इन लोगों ने मिलकर सुधारन पर लाठी-डंडों से हमला कर उसे गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया. घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही परिजन मौके पर पहुंचे और घायल किशोर को इलाज के लिए मऊ जिले के एक निजी अस्पताल में ले गए। लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने जांच के बाद उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया.

मौत के बाद गांव में आक्रोश फैल गया
किशोर की मौत की खबर मिलते ही गांव में आक्रोश फैल गया. आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने विरोध स्वरूप राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग जाम करने का प्रयास किया. हालांकि, पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे और लोगों को समझा-बुझाकर स्थिति को शांत कराया. इसके बाद पुलिस ने शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी.

पुलिस जांच में पता चला कि इंद्रजीत की मौसी का घर मरदह थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में है। इंद्रजीत की बुआ के बेटे अनुज का एक लड़की से प्रेम प्रसंग था और वह उससे बातचीत करता था। इसी दौरान मृतक सुधारन भी उसी लड़की से बातचीत करने लगा. इस पर अनुज को गुस्सा आ गया. सुधरन को समझाने के लिए उसने अपना मोबाइल नंबर इंद्रजीत को दे दिया. इसके बाद इंद्रजीत ने सुधारन को फोन कर लड़की से बात न करने की चेतावनी दी, लेकिन सुधारन ने इसे गंभीरता से नहीं लिया. इसी बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच फोन पर बहस हुई और विवाद बढ़ गया.

मिलने के बहाने बुलाया और हत्या कर दी
पुलिस के मुताबिक, इस विवाद के बाद सुधारन को मिलने के बहाने बुलाया गया. जब वह मौके पर पहुंचा तो वहां पहले से मौजूद इंद्रजीत, रितिक व अन्य युवकों ने उस पर लाठी-डंडों से हमला कर दिया। गंभीर चोटें लगने के कारण उनकी मौत हो गई. पुलिस ने आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर मारपीट में प्रयुक्त बांस का टुकड़ा भी बरामद कर लिया है. गिरफ्तार दोनों आरोपियों को कोर्ट में पेश करने के बाद जेल भेज दिया गया है, जबकि अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश में पुलिस लगातार छापेमारी कर रही है. पुलिस का कहना है कि जल्द ही बाकी आरोपियों को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा.

New Delhi: One of the first crude oil tankers to reach Mumbai port after passing through the Strait of Hormuz since the start of the Iran-US conflict.According to news agency ANI, the Liberian-flagged tanker Shenlong Suezmax reached Mumbai port at 1 pm on Wednesday and docked at Jawahar Island at 6:06 pm. The tanker had loaded crude oil from Saudi Arabia’s Ras Tanura port on March 1 and departed on March 3.

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जिले में अवैध गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर रखी जा रही है और किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की तुरंत पहचान कर कार्रवाई की जा रही है.

घेराबंदी के बाद पुलिस ने जवाबी कार्रवाई की

आरोपियों को भागता देख पुलिस टीम ने तुरंत इलाके की घेराबंदी कर दी. पुलिस ने उसे आत्मसमर्पण करने की चेतावनी दी और हथियार डालने को कहा.

गिरफ्तारी के बाद जब आरोपियों की तलाशी ली गई तो पुलिस को भारी मात्रा में अवैध नशीली दवाएं मिलीं. लगभग उससे 21 किलो गांजा बरामद.
