मुख्यमंत्री आरोग्य स्वास्थ्य मेला मुजफ्फरनगर आम जनता को बेहतर एवं सुलभ स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित स्वास्थ्य मेलों का रविवार को मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी ने निरीक्षण किया। डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। इस निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने विभिन्न शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों का दौरा किया और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता और व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया.

राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रत्येक रविवार को आयोजित किये जाने वाले इन स्वास्थ्य मेलों का उद्देश्य लोगों को उनके आस-पास बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान करना है, ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक सरकारी स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकें।

चार शहरी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया गया

मुख्यमंत्री आरोग्य स्वास्थ्य मेला मुजफ्फरनगर मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया के अधीन शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सुभाष नगर, शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खालापार, शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सरवट और शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रामपुरी। दौरा किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया ने स्वास्थ्य मेलों में आने वाले मरीजों को दी जा रही चिकित्सा सुविधाओं का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने दवाओं की उपलब्धता, मरीजों के पंजीकरण की व्यवस्था, इलाज की गुणवत्ता और अन्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की जानकारी ली।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी देखा कि मरीजों को समय पर उचित परामर्श और उपचार मिल रहा है या नहीं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि स्वास्थ्य मेलों में आने वाले प्रत्येक मरीज को बिना किसी परेशानी के उचित चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जाये।

आयुष्मान भारत योजना की प्रगति पर भी फीडबैक लिया

मुख्यमंत्री आरोग्य स्वास्थ्य मेला मुजफ्फरनगर इस दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी मो आयुष्मान भारत योजना इसके तहत बनाए जा रहे आयुष्मान कार्ड की प्रगति की भी जानकारी ली।

उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को अधिक से अधिक पात्र लाभार्थियों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि जरूरतमंद लोग इस योजना के तहत मिलने वाली स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का लाभ उठा सकें।

टीकाकरण एवं अन्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की भी समीक्षा की

निरीक्षण के दौरान टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम एवं अन्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की गयी. मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने यह सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया कि सभी पात्र लोगों को समय पर टीकाकरण की सुविधा प्रदान की जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य मेलों के माध्यम से लोगों को विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं एवं योजनाओं की जानकारी भी दी जाए, ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग इन योजनाओं से जुड़ सकें।

मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी ने स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को मरीजों के प्रति संवेदनशील एवं सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता सिर्फ इलाज से नहीं बल्कि मरीजों के इलाज के तरीके से भी तय होती है. इसलिए सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मी अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन पूरी गंभीरता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ करें।

स्वास्थ्य मेलों का उद्देश्य लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं प्रदान करना है।

मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर मीरापुर कस्बे से लगभग तीन किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। विश्व प्रसिद्ध प्राचीन श्री शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मंदिर हर साल लगने वाला सात दिवसीय मेला इस बार भी भक्ति और आस्था के माहौल में शुरू हुआ। झंडा स्थापना के साथ ही 8 मार्च से 13 मार्च तक चलने वाले इस धार्मिक मेले का विधिवत उद्घाटन हो गया.

ध्वज यात्रा के साथ मेले की परम्परागत शुरूआत

शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मेला मीरापुर रविवार सुबह शुरुआत मंदिर समिति के महासचिव इं अनिरुद्ध शारदा पाप चौक स्थित आवास से हुई. सबसे पहले यहां माता रानी की विशेष पूजा-अर्चना की गई। पूजा के बाद भव्य ध्वज यात्रा निकाली गयी, जिसमें श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ देखी गयी.

ध्वजा यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालु हाथों में झंडे लेकर देवी मां के जयकारे लगाते हुए आगे बढ़ते रहे। बैंड-बाजे और डीजे पर बज रहे भक्ति गीतों ने पूरे माहौल को और भी भक्तिमय बना दिया। महिलाएं, पुरुष और बच्चे सभी माता रानी के भजनों पर नृत्य करते हुए मंदिर की ओर बढ़ते नजर आए।

हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने पैदल ही मंदिर तक का रास्ता तय किया।

ध्वज यात्रा के दौरान हजारों श्रद्धालु पैदल चलकर मंदिर पहुंचे। यात्रा में शामिल श्रद्धालुओं के चेहरे पर भक्ति और उत्साह साफ नजर आ रहा था. इस यात्रा में कई श्रद्धालु अपने परिवार सहित शामिल हुए और माता रानी के जयकारों से वातावरण गूंज उठा।

शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मेला मीरापुर इस फ्लैग मार्च से पूरे क्षेत्र में धार्मिक ऊर्जा का संचार हो गया। यात्रा मार्ग पर जगह-जगह लोगों ने श्रद्धालुओं का स्वागत भी किया।

ध्वज स्थापना के साथ विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना की गयी

मंदिर परिसर में पहुंचकर श्रद्धालुओं ने ध्वज स्थापित किया। इसके बाद मंदिर में विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना की गयी और माता शीतला से क्षेत्र की सुख-समृद्धि व शांति की कामना की गयी.

ध्वज स्थापना के साथ शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मेला मीरापुर आधिकारिक तौर पर लॉन्च किया गया। मेले के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु मंदिर पहुंचकर माता रानी के दर्शन करेंगे और अपनी मनोकामना पूरी करने की प्रार्थना करेंगे।

मंदिर का इतिहास महाभारत काल से जुड़ा है।

मंदिर समिति के महासचिव मो अनिरुद्ध शारदा बताया कि यह मंदिर अत्यंत प्राचीन एवं ऐतिहासिक महत्व का है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस मंदिर का इतिहास महाभारत काल से जुड़ा है.

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि पांडव पुत्र बभ्रुवाहन, अर्जुन का पुत्र यहां कठोर तपस्या की थी और माता शीतला का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया था। तभी से यह स्थान भक्तों के लिए बहुत पवित्र माना जाता है।

इस कारण इसका ऐतिहासिक एवं धार्मिक महत्व है शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मेला मीरापुर यह दूरदराज के इलाकों में भी मशहूर है और हर साल हजारों श्रद्धालु यहां पहुंचते हैं।

शीतला माता बाबरे वाली मेला मीरापुर झंडा मार्च में कई सामाजिक व धार्मिक हस्तियां भी शामिल हुईं. मुख्य रूप से अनिरुद्ध शारदा, नवनिध शारदा, रुचिन शारदा, चंद्रपाल सिंह, श्रीमती मधु कौशिक, रुचि बेंगलुरु, सुचि माहेश्वरी, मास्टर नितिन शर्मा, पंकज ऐरन पत्रकार, राहुल शर्मा पत्रकार, वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता अरुण शर्मा, अभिषेक गर्ग, विकास कौशिक, प्रधुम्न शर्मा, विभोर डागा, राजन माहेश्वरी, कमल गोयल, सुशील लखोटिया, आदर्श कौशिक, मुकेश शारदा, नीरज शारदा, मंजू शारदा, सरिता, करण ठाकुर और मयंक धीमान उनके समेत कई लोग मौजूद थे.

तीन कार्यकारी निदेशकों की कमेटी समीक्षा करेगी
पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, इस समिति में तेल विपणन कंपनियों (ओएमसी) के तीन कार्यकारी निदेशकों को शामिल किया गया है। ये अधिकारी रेस्तरां, होटल और अन्य गैर-घरेलू क्षेत्रों में एलपीजी आपूर्ति से संबंधित मुद्दों की समीक्षा करेंगे। समिति यह भी देखेगी कि गैस की उपलब्धता को कैसे बेहतर ढंग से संतुलित किया जाए ताकि सभी क्षेत्रों को उनकी जरूरत की आपूर्ति मिल सके। सरकार का मानना ​​है कि इस समीक्षा के बाद गैस वितरण प्रणाली में और सुधार किया जा सकेगा.

घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी गई
सरकार ने साफ कर दिया है कि मौजूदा हालात में घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को एलपीजी सप्लाई मुहैया कराना पहली प्राथमिकता है. यानी आम घरों में गैस सिलेंडर की कमी न हो इसका खास ख्याल रखा जा रहा है. सरकार चाहती है कि परिवारों को दैनिक कार्यों के लिए गैस की उपलब्धता में कोई दिक्कत न हो. इसलिए घरेलू गैस की आपूर्ति को सुरक्षित और स्थिर बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

महत्वपूर्ण गैर-घरेलू क्षेत्रों को भी प्राथमिकता मिल रही है
