अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मुजफ्फरनगर प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय, केशवपुरी की ओर से रविवार को ब्रह्माकुमारी ध्यान केंद्र बामनहेड़ी में प्रेरक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। “महिला सशक्तिकरण बेहतर समाज की आधारशिला है।थीम पर आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में महिलाओं को शिक्षा, आत्मविश्वास और आत्मनिर्भरता के जरिए आगे बढ़ने का संदेश दिया गया.
कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को उनके भीतर मौजूद आध्यात्मिक और सामाजिक शक्ति का एहसास कराना और उन्हें जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करना था। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में महिलाओं और गणमान्य व्यक्तियों की उपस्थिति ने इसे एक प्रेरणादायक और सार्थक आयोजन बना दिया।
नारी शक्ति से ही समाज का विकास संभव है
अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मुजफ्फरनगर कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में यशी गर्गखंड कार्यवाह समिति, राष्ट्रीय सेविका समिति (चरथावल) उपस्थित रहे। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने से ही समाज एवं राष्ट्र का समग्र विकास संभव है.
उन्होंने कहा कि आज महिलाएं शिक्षा, प्रशासन, विज्ञान, व्यवसाय, सामाजिक कार्य सहित हर क्षेत्र में अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन कर रही हैं। यदि महिलाओं को सही अवसर और प्रोत्साहन मिले तो वे समाज को नई दिशा देने की क्षमता रखती हैं।
उन्होंने महिलाओं से आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपने जीवन के लक्ष्य निर्धारित करने और निरंतर प्रयास से उन्हें हासिल करने के लिए आगे बढ़ने का आग्रह किया।
शिक्षा एवं स्वावलंबन पर विशेष जोर दिया गया
कार्यक्रम में विशेष अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित हुए पूर्व प्रोफेसर डॉ. चित्रा चौधरी महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने शिक्षा के महत्व पर विशेष जोर दिया.
उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा न केवल ज्ञान प्राप्त करने का माध्यम है, बल्कि यह स्वावलंबन और स्वाभिमान का मार्ग भी प्रशस्त करती है। यदि महिलाएं शिक्षित और आत्मनिर्भर होंगी तो वे अपने परिवार और समाज दोनों को मजबूत कर सकती हैं।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मुजफ्फरनगर कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता राजयोगिनी जयंती दीदी उन्होंने अपने प्रेरक संबोधन में कहा कि महिलाएं न केवल परिवार बल्कि पूरे समाज की आधारशिला हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि नारी के अंदर प्रेम, करुणा, सहनशीलता और त्याग जैसे दिव्य गुण स्वाभाविक रूप से विद्यमान होते हैं। जब एक महिला अपनी आंतरिक शक्ति और स्वाभिमान को पहचान लेती है तो वह समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव की प्रेरक शक्ति बन जाती है।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि महिला सशक्तिकरण केवल अधिकारों की प्राप्ति तक ही सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि उनके अंदर आध्यात्मिक शक्ति को जागृत करना भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है।

राजयोगिनी जयंती दीदी ने बताया कि आज की भागदौड़ भरी जीवनशैली में तनाव और नकारात्मकता तेजी से बढ़ रही है। ऐसे समय राजयोग ध्यान महिलाओं को मानसिक शांति, आत्मविश्वास और सकारात्मक सोच प्रदान करता है।

माँ परिवार की प्रथम गुरु होती है
अपने संबोधन में राजयोगिनी जयंती दीदी ने कहा कि महिला ही परिवार की प्रथम गुरु होती है। बच्चे सबसे पहले संस्कार अपनी माँ से सीखते हैं।
यदि मां स्वयं सकारात्मक सोच, अच्छे संस्कार और आध्यात्मिक शक्ति से परिपूर्ण होगी तो वह आने वाली पीढ़ी को सर्वोत्तम संस्कार दे सकेगी। इसलिए महिलाओं को अपने मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक विकास पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि जब महिलाएं आत्मज्ञान और आध्यात्मिकता को अपनाती हैं तो उनका व्यक्तित्व और अधिक प्रभावशाली हो जाता है।

New Delhi: Invoking special Article 142 powers, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the setting up of a tribunal comprising retired Chief Justice and former judges of Calcutta and neighboring high courts to decide appeals against orders of judicial authorities rejecting claims for inclusion in the Bengal voter list after special intensive vetting.A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justices R Mahadevan and Joymalya Bagchi stuck to its order that no bureaucrat acting as an ERO would sit in appeals against the decisions of judicial officers drawn up to scan documents of 60 lakh voters in ‘logical anomaly’ and ‘unmapped’ category.Cal HC CJ will nominate former CJs, judges: Supreme Court The Supreme Court gave a free hand to the Calcutta HC CJ to nominate former CJs and judges and directed the EC to notify the tribunal in consultation with HC CJs and retired CJs.The CJI-led bench took exception to several applications from TMC supporters and private individuals related to the SIR work and process, rejected the applications and warned of contempt action if such attempts were made in future.The Supreme Court was also unhappy over the delay by the EC in creating secure IDs for judicial officers and said, “A situation has arrived where we have doubts about the credibility of both the state government and the EC.” It asked the Election Commission to ensure that there is no delay in making the IDs to allow judicial officers to function without any delay.The CJI said the Calcutta HC CJ had informed the Supreme Court that more than 500 judicial officers from Bengal and 200 from Jharkhand and Odisha were working seven days a week and had disposed of more than 10 lakh claim applications.At the beginning of the hearing, senior lawyer Maneka Guruswamy attempted to press for the applications in the absence of an appellate forum for voters whose claims have been rejected by the judicial authorities. The Supreme Court said, “As CJI, I will not let anyone dare to question the work of judicial officers. I am issuing a warning.”It was advocate Kalyan Banerjee who expressed the grievances and said that when 10 lakh claims have been adjudicated, why is the Election Commission not publishing the supplementary voter list, as directed by the SC, which includes the names of those whose claims have been accepted?Banerjee also said that rejection of claims should be accompanied by reasons so that the aggrieved person can appeal against it before a designated forum. The bench asked both the state government and the Election Commission to provide facilities to the judicial officers, who are acting as agents of the SC, so that they can do their work smoothly.“We have taken a lot of risk in handing over the work of SIR to the judicial officers, who are working tirelessly. But the risk is worth it because it (preparing the voter list) is very important for free and fair elections. Citizens have a constitutional right to be included in the voter list, but not infiltrators and illegal immigrants,” the CJI said.
उत्तर प्रदेश समाचार: उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ जिले के अहरौला इलाके से एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है. आमतौर पर बच्चे अपने माता-पिता की शादी की सालगिरह मनाते हैं, लेकिन यहां 12वीं कक्षा के एक छात्र ने अपने ही पिता की शादी रुकवाने के लिए पुलिस से गुहार लगाई है। बताया जा रहा है कि उसके 55 साल के पिता सातवीं शादी करने की तैयारी में हैं. बेटे ने पुलिस से गुहार लगाते हुए कहा कि उसके पिता को रोका जाए क्योंकि वह बार-बार शादी करते हैं और अब भी रुकने वाले नहीं हैं। यह मामला सामने आने के बाद इलाके में यह चर्चा का विषय बन गया है.
बेटे ने लगाए छह शादियां करने के आरोप
ये पूरा मामला आज़मगढ़ के एक गांव का है. शिकायत करने वाले छात्र के मुताबिक, उसके पिता अब तक छह शादियां कर चुके हैं। खास बात यह है कि शिकायत करने वाला बेटा खुद पिता की तीसरी पत्नी से पैदा हुआ है। बेटे का कहना है कि उसके पिता ने इसी साल 2024 में छठी शादी की थी. लेकिन वह पत्नी कुछ ही दिनों में घर छोड़कर चली गई. बेटे का आरोप है कि उन्होंने जमीन और आभूषण की मांग की थी और जब उनकी मांग पूरी नहीं हुई तो वह घर छोड़कर चली गईं. इसके बावजूद पिता ने हार नहीं मानी और अब सातवीं शादी की तैयारी में लगे हुए हैं.
सातवीं शादी के लिए जमीन बेचने की तैयारी
बेटे की चिंता सिर्फ अपने पिता की बार-बार शादी को लेकर नहीं है, बल्कि परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति को लेकर भी है। उसका आरोप है कि सातवीं शादी का खर्च उठाने के लिए उसके पिता पुश्तैनी जमीन बेचने पर आमादा हैं। बेटे का दावा है कि जमीन बेचने के लिए पिता ने 50 हजार रुपये एडवांस भी ले लिया है. उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि परिवार की आधी जमीन पहले ही गिरवी रखी जा चुकी है. वह उस जमीन का कर्ज भी चुका रहा है. बेटे के मुताबिक अगर जमीन बिक गई तो परिवार की हालत खराब हो जाएगी।
पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही है
जब यह मामला एसपी ग्रामीण चिराग जैन तक पहुंचा तो कहानी का दूसरा पहलू सामने आया. पुलिस का कहना है कि यह सिर्फ एक से अधिक शादियों का मामला नहीं हो सकता, बल्कि जमीन-जायदाद के बंटवारे से जुड़ा विवाद भी हो सकता है. फिलहाल पुलिस इस पूरे मामले की गंभीरता से जांच कर रही है. इसके अलावा पिता की शादी और जमीन सौदे से जुड़े रिकार्ड की भी जांच की जा रही है। जांच के बाद ही साफ हो पाएगा कि असल मामला क्या है.

मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण इसको लेकर जिले में स्वास्थ्य विभाग सक्रिय नजर आ रहा है. जिले में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बेहतर एवं प्रभावी बनाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाॅ. डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया मंगलवार को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मो सीएचसी मखियाली मुख्यालय और जिला अस्पताल परिसर में स्थित है आपातकालीन सेवाएं औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने अस्पतालों की व्यवस्थाओं का बारीकी से जायजा लिया और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को बेहतर सेवाएं सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिये.
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के इस औचक निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना था कि जिले के अस्पतालों में आने वाले मरीजों को समय पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण इलाज मिले और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में कोई लापरवाही न हो.
सीएचसी मखियाली में व्यवस्थाओं का विस्तृत जायजा लिया
मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण सीएमओ डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया प्रथम के अधीन सीएचसी मखियाली मुख्यालय निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल के विभिन्न विभागों का गहनता से निरीक्षण किया.
वह अस्पताल गया ओपीडी सेवाएं, आपातकालीन कक्ष, दवा वितरण काउंटर और पैथोलॉजी लैब व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने इस बात पर विशेष जोर दिया कि अस्पताल में आने वाले मरीजों को समय पर इलाज और आवश्यक जांच की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जाये.
सीएमओ ने अस्पताल में मौजूद उपकरणों की स्थिति और मरीजों को दी जाने वाली सुविधाओं का भी निरीक्षण किया और अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में कोई कमी नहीं होनी चाहिए.
कोल्ड चेन रूम की भी जांच की गई
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण अस्पताल में स्थित सी.एम.ओ. के अधीन कोल्ड चेन रूम निरीक्षण भी किया।
कोल्ड चेन रूम वह स्थान है जहां विभिन्न प्रकार के टीकों को निर्धारित तापमान पर सुरक्षित रखा जाता है। उन्होंने वैक्सीन भंडारण व्यवस्था, तापमान रजिस्टर और संबंधित उपकरणों की स्थिति की बारीकी से जांच की।
सीएमओ ने निर्देश दिया कि वैक्सीन की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए कोल्ड चेन सिस्टम का पूरी तरह से पालन किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि टीकों के संरक्षण में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही से स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर गंभीर परिणाम हो सकते हैं.
मरीजों एवं तीमारदारों से बातचीत
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी ने अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से भी बातचीत की। उन्होंने उनसे अस्पताल में दी जा रही सुविधाओं और इलाज की गुणवत्ता के बारे में जानकारी ली।
इस दौरान उन्होंने डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि अस्पताल आने वाले हर मरीज की जांच होनी चाहिए समय पर, उचित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जाना चाहिए.
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि मरीजों के प्रति संवेदनशील और सहानुभूतिपूर्ण व्यवहार बनाए रखना स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की जिम्मेदारी है. अस्पताल में आने वाला हर व्यक्ति बेहतर सेवा और सम्मानजनक इलाज का हकदार है।
आयुष्मान भारत योजना को लेकर दिये गये विशेष निर्देश
मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण इस दौरान सीएमओ डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया आयुष्मान भारत योजना इसके तहत अधिक से अधिक पात्र लाभार्थियों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के भी निर्देश दिये गये।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना से जरूरतमंद और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों को मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा मिलती है. इसलिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि अधिक से अधिक पात्र नागरिक इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकें।
सीएमओ ने स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को इस योजना के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करने और पात्र लाभार्थियों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने को कहा।
जिला अस्पताल की आपातकालीन सेवाओं का भी निरीक्षण किया
मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी ने सीएचसी मखियाली का निरीक्षण कर इं जिला अस्पताल मुजफ्फरनगर के परिसर में स्थित है आपातकालीन सेवाएं औचक निरीक्षण भी किया।
इस दौरान उन्होंने इमरजेंसी वार्ड की व्यवस्था, आवश्यक दवाओं की उपलब्धता और चिकित्सा उपकरणों की कार्यक्षमता की जांच की.
सीएमओ ने सुनिश्चित किया कि आपातकालीन स्थितियों में मरीजों को तत्काल उपचार प्रदान करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध हों।
दवाओं के स्टॉक और उपकरणों की जांच की गई
मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण सीएमओ के अधीन इमरजेंसी में दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं औषधि भंडार अवलोकन भी किया।
उन्होंने सुनिश्चित किया कि अस्पताल में आवश्यक दवाओं की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता रहे ताकि किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति में मरीजों को तत्काल उपचार मिल सके।
इसके साथ ही उन्होंने ड्रेसिंग बॉक्स आईसीयू में उपलब्ध सामग्री की भी जांच की और अधिकारियों को सभी आवश्यक चिकित्सा सामग्री को समय-समय पर अद्यतन रखने का निर्देश दिया।
ड्यूटी पर तैनात चिकित्सकों की उपस्थिति की समीक्षा की गयी
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी ने इमरजेंसी में तैनात चिकित्सकों एवं स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की उपस्थिति का भी जायजा लिया.

अस्पताल परिसर में साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने पर जोर दिया
मुजफ्फरनगर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निरीक्षण इस दौरान सीएमओ ने अस्पताल परिसर में साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान देने का भी निर्देश दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पतालों में स्वच्छ वातावरण बनाए रखना बेहद जरूरी है क्योंकि इससे मरीजों और उनके परिवारों को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलती हैं और संक्रमण का खतरा भी कम होता है।
उन्होंने अस्पताल प्रशासन को साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सुनील तेवतिया कहा कि जिले के सभी स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में मरीजों को बेहतर एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना स्वास्थ्य विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए समय-समय पर ऐसे कदम उठाए जाते रहते हैं। औचक निरीक्षण किया जाता रहेगा.
इसके जरिए अस्पतालों की व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की जाती है और जहां भी कमियां होती हैं, उन्हें तुरंत दूर करने के निर्देश दिए जाते हैं.

शादी के बाद भाभी भी घर में रहने आ गईं
जानकारी के मुताबिक, यह मामला कानपुर के बिठूर इलाके का है. आरोपी युवक फिलहाल पुणे में एयरफोर्स में कॉर्पोरल के पद पर तैनात है। फरवरी 2019 में उसकी शादी हो गई। शादी के कुछ दिन बाद उसकी 15 साल की नाबालिग भाभी भी उनके साथ रहने आ गई। बताया जा रहा है कि 8 मार्च 2019 की रात अचानक लड़की जोर-जोर से चिल्लाने लगी. उसने आरोप लगाया कि उसके जीजा ने उसे सोते समय पकड़ लिया और उसके साथ दुराचार किया। इस घटना के करीब पांच महीने बाद पीड़िता के पिता ने नौबस्ता थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी.
कोर्ट में पीड़िता के बयान से बड़ा मोड़
मामले की सुनवाई विशेष न्यायाधीश पॉक्सो की अदालत में शुरू हुई. इसी बीच पीड़िता के बयान ने पूरे मामले को पलट दिया. लड़की ने कोर्ट को बताया कि उस रात करीब 9 बजे उसने एंटीबायोटिक दवा ली थी और सो रही थी. उसी दौरान उसे सपना आया कि उसके जीजा ने उसे पकड़ लिया है. तभी वो डर गयी और चिल्लाने लगी. उन्होंने कोर्ट से साफ कहा कि यह सिर्फ एक सपना था और हकीकत में ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ था.
परिवार ने भी माना कि भ्रम की स्थिति थी
मामले में एक और बड़ा मोड़ तब आया जब पीड़िता के पिता और उसकी बड़ी बहन यानी आरोपी की पत्नी ने भी कोर्ट में बयान दिए. उन्होंने माना कि उन्होंने सिर्फ भ्रम और गलतफहमी के आधार पर केस दायर किया था. बाद में उन्हें एहसास हुआ कि घटना वास्तव में नहीं हुई थी।
7 साल की कानूनी लड़ाई और 19 दिन जेल में
वरिष्ठ वकील करीम अहमद सिद्दीकी के मुताबिक, वायुसेना कर्मियों को इस गलतफहमी की भारी कीमत चुकानी पड़ी. नवंबर 2019 में उनके खिलाफ मारपीट, मानहानि और यौन उत्पीड़न जैसे गंभीर आरोपों पर आरोप तय किए गए थे. इस दौरान उन्हें 19 दिनों तक जेल में भी रहना पड़ा. हालांकि, अब कोर्ट ने सभी गवाहों और पीड़िता के बयान को देखते हुए उन्हें बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया है.
