The national flag was tied on his back.”He said, “As per Section 2 of the National Flag Act of 1971, we must respect the dignity of the national flag. However, Hardik Pandya was so engrossed in the celebrations that he was lying with his girlfriend wearing the national flag. I believe this is an insult to the national flag.”Khan said he initially faced questions from the police about jurisdiction after the incident took place in Ahmedabad. However, he stressed that the complaint could still be filed because the national flag represents the entire country.He said, “When I went to lodge a complaint, they told me that the incident happened there, not here. I told them that the national flag is the symbol of the entire country, and we can lodge a complaint here. उत्तर प्रदेश समाचार: उत्तर प्रदेश के औरैया जिले में बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग एक बार फिर सुर्खियों में आ गया है. संदिग्ध दस्तावेजों के आधार पर नौकरी पाने के आरोपी जिले के 254 शिक्षकों की डिग्री और प्रमाणपत्रों की दोबारा जांच कराने की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है। इस संबंध में अपर मुख्य सचिव (बेसिक शिक्षा) पार्थ सारथी सेन शर्मा की ओर से जारी पत्र के बाद विभाग में हलचल तेज हो गयी है. बताया जा रहा है कि हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर प्रदेश भर के बेसिक स्कूलों में नियुक्त सहायक अध्यापकों के दस्तावेजों की जांच की जा रही है, जिसके तहत अब औरैया जिले के इन शिक्षकों के अभिलेखों की भी दोबारा जांच की जाएगी.

एसआईटी जांच हो चुकी है
इससे पहले वर्ष 2017 में भी कोर्ट के आदेश पर विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) ने जिले में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जांच की थी. उस जांच में सात शिक्षकों की बीएड डिग्री फर्जी पाई गई थी। जांच में यह भी पता चला कि उसकी मार्कशीट से छेड़छाड़ की गई थी। मामले की पुष्टि होने के बाद उन शिक्षकों को सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया. इसी जांच के दौरान जिले के 254 शिक्षकों के दस्तावेजों को संदिग्ध मानते हुए उनकी सूची तैयार की गई थी। अब एक बार फिर उन्हीं शिक्षकों के दस्तावेजों की गहनता से जांच की जाएगी।

सभी प्रमाणपत्रों की बारीकी से जांच की जायेगी
नई जांच प्रक्रिया में शिक्षकों की शैक्षणिक योग्यता से जुड़े सभी दस्तावेजों की बारीकी से जांच की जाएगी. इसके साथ ही दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्रों की भी जांच की जायेगी, ताकि यह पता चल सके कि आरक्षण का लाभ लेने के लिए किसी ने फर्जी प्रमाणपत्र तो जमा नहीं किया है. विभाग को संदिग्ध शिक्षकों की विस्तृत सूची तैयार कर सरकार को भेजने का निर्देश दिया गया है. इस सूची में शिक्षक का नाम, नियुक्ति की तारीख, संदिग्ध दस्तावेज का विवरण, प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने वाली संस्था और अब तक की गई विभागीय कार्रवाई का पूरा विवरण शामिल होगा।

संस्थाओं और अधिकारियों की भूमिका भी जांच के दायरे में
इस मामले में कुछ शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्रबंधन और संबंधित अधिकारियों की संभावित मिलीभगत या लापरवाही भी सामने आई है. माना जा रहा है कि जांच में गड़बड़ी साबित होने पर जिम्मेदार लोगों पर कार्रवाई हो सकती है.

बताया जा रहा है कि यह मामला पहले भी सामने आया था, लेकिन नोटिस जारी होने के बाद इसे कुछ समय के लिए रोक दिया गया था. अब कोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद विभागीय कार्रवाई फिर तेज हो गयी है. संभावना है कि इस बार जांच शासन स्तर से कराई जाएगी ताकि पूरे मामले की सच्चाई सामने आ सके। वर्ष 2020 में भी जिले में चार शिक्षकों के फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर नौकरी करने का मामला सामने आया था. इनमें अछल्दा ब्लॉक के एक शिक्षक और एरवाकटरा ब्लॉक के तीन शिक्षकों के खिलाफ तत्कालीन खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी ने थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी। इसके अलावा वर्ष 2021 में अजीतमल क्षेत्र के ऊंचा गांव स्थित प्राथमिक विद्यालय में तैनात एक सहायक अध्यापक को भी एसआईटी जांच के दौरान अपने अभिलेख प्रस्तुत न कर पाने पर सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया था.

आदेश का इंतजार है, जल्द ही कार्रवाई शुरू होगी

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की मां को लेकर बिहार के एक मौलाना सलीम द्वारा दिए गए कथित विवादित बयान के बाद लोगों में काफी नाराजगी देखी जा रही है. इस बयान पर कई लोगों ने कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया दी है और इसे निंदनीय बताया है. लोगों का कहना है कि किसी भी जनप्रतिनिधि या उनके परिवार के बारे में इस तरह की टिप्पणी करना उचित नहीं है. इसी वजह से इस मामले में कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग उठने लगी है. कई लोगों का कहना है कि ऐसे बयानों से समाज में गलत संदेश जाता है और आपसी सौहार्द पर भी असर पड़ सकता है.

कड़ी कार्रवाई की उठी मांग
इस मामले को लेकर सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता प्रदीप पांडे ने भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी है. उन्होंने कहा कि मौलाना सलीम का बयान बेहद आपत्तिजनक है और इससे उन्हें काफी ठेस पहुंची है. प्रदीप पांडे का कहना है कि किसी भी सभ्य समाज में इस तरह के बयान को स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता. उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से इस मामले में सख्त कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया है ताकि भविष्य में कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी के परिवार के बारे में ऐसी टिप्पणी करने से पहले सोचने पर मजबूर हो.

बिहार सरकार से भी कार्रवाई की अपील
प्रदीप पांडे ने इस मामले में बिहार सरकार से भी हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है. उनका कहना है कि अगर समय रहते ऐसे मामलों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं बढ़ सकती हैं. उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि मौलाना सलीम के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए और जरूरत पड़ने पर उन्हें जेल भेजा जाए. उनका कहना है कि इससे समाज में स्पष्ट संदेश जाएगा कि किसी भी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ आपत्तिजनक बयान देना गलत है और इसके गंभीर परिणाम हो सकते हैं.

बयान के बाद मामला चर्चा का विषय बन गया
इस बयान के सामने आने के बाद यह मामला चर्चा का विषय बन गया है. सोशल मीडिया और आम लोगों के बीच इस मुद्दे पर बहस छिड़ी हुई है. कई लोग इस तरह की बयानबाजी पर चिंता जता रहे हैं और सामाजिक सौहार्द बनाए रखने की अपील कर रहे हैं. फिलहाल लोगों को उम्मीद है कि प्रशासन इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेगा और उचित कार्रवाई करेगा, ताकि भविष्य में लोग इस तरह के विवादित बयान देने से बचें.
