New Delhi: Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium is all set to host matches in the upcoming Indian Premier League 2026 season, but there is an important condition attached to it.Board of Control for Cricket in India (bcci) on Wednesday announced the schedule of the first phase of IPL 2026, which will run from March 28 to April 12. The 19th edition of the tournament will begin with defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore taking on Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

However, matches being held at the prestigious venue are subject to the approval of a government-appointed expert committee.“Since assembly elections are to be held in three states during this period, the complete schedule of the tournament will be announced after the election dates are announced,” the BCCI said in a release.A total of 20 matches will be played in the first phase across 10 venues – Bengaluru, Mumbai, Guwahati, New Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.The BCCI also clarified that the matches in Bengaluru will depend on final security clearance from the authorities.BCCI said, “The matches to be held in Bengaluru are subject to clearance from the Expert Committee constituted by the Government of Karnataka. The Committee will meet and inspect the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on March 13, 2026, during which a full-scale mock demonstration of match day arrangements will be conducted to assess the preparedness of the stadium to host IPL matches.”During the first phase, the tournament will consist of four double-headers, with the afternoon games starting at 03:30 PM IST and the evening matches starting at 07:30 PM IST.

IPL 2026: Schedule

The first double-header of the season is scheduled for April 4, when Delhi Capitals face Mumbai Indians in the afternoon at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, followed by Gujarat Titans against Rajasthan Royals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.Rajasthan Royals will begin their home campaign in Guwahati, where they will host Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. मुजफ्फरनगर जिले में अपराध के खिलाफ पुलिस की सख्त कार्रवाई एक बार फिर चर्चा में आ गयी है. मुजफ्फरनगर के सिविल लाइंस थाना क्षेत्र में पुलिस और बदमाशों के बीच मुठभेड़ के दौरान एक वांछित आरोपी घायल हो गया, जबकि उसके साथी को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया. इस कार्रवाई में पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों के कब्जे से घटना में प्रयुक्त अवैध हथियार और मोबाइल फोन भी बरामद कर लिया है.

यह पूरी कार्रवाई वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में की गई, जिसमें अपराधियों के खिलाफ त्वरित कार्रवाई कर एक बड़ी घटना को होने से पहले ही रोक दिया गया. पुलिस की सतर्कता और त्वरित कार्रवाई से एक व्यवसायी की हत्या की साजिश नाकाम हो गयी.

मुजफ्फरनगर पुलिस मुठभेड़ में बदमाश घायल

घटना मुजफ्फरनगर के सिविल लाइंस थाना क्षेत्र की है, जहां पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली थी कि एक व्यापारी से रंगदारी मांगने वाले अपराधी किसी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देने के इरादे से बम्हेड़ी रेलवे स्टेशन के पास रेलवे लाइन के किनारे मौजूद हैं.

सूचना मिलते ही सिविल लाइंस पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंच गई। पुलिस ने देखा कि दो संदिग्ध व्यक्ति रेलवे लाइन के पास खड़े हैं. जैसे ही पुलिस टीम वहां पहुंची तो दोनों बदमाश घबरा गए और जंगल की ओर भागने लगे.

भागते हुए बदमाश पेड़ों के नीचे छिप गए और पुलिस टीम पर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। अचानक हुई इस फायरिंग से पुलिस टीम बाल-बाल बच गई. पुलिस ने बदमाशों को आत्मसमर्पण करने की चेतावनी दी, लेकिन उन्होंने चेतावनी को नजरअंदाज कर दिया और पुलिस पर फिर से गोलीबारी शुरू कर दी.

इसके बाद पुलिस टीम ने अदम्य साहस का परिचय देते हुए आत्मरक्षा में जवाबी कार्रवाई की. इस दौरान एक बदमाश गोली लगने से घायल हो गया जबकि दूसरे को पुलिस ने घेरकर पकड़ लिया.

गिरफ्तार अपराधियों की पहचान

पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किये गये बदमाशों की पहचान इस प्रकार हुई है.

• प्रताप चौधरी उर्फ ​​बदमाशों का भगवाननरेश पाल पुत्र निवासी हुसैनपुर थाना रामराज जिला मुजफ्फरनगर (मुठभेड़ में घायल)।

• रवि उर्फ ​​सूटररनवीर पुत्र निवासी बाखरपुर थाना बलेनी जिला बागपत

पुलिस ने तुरंत घायल आरोपी प्रताप चौधरी को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा है.

अवैध हथियार व कारतूस बरामद

मुठभेड़ के बाद पुलिस ने दोनों बदमाशों की तलाशी ली, जिसमें उनके पास से अवैध हथियार और अन्य सामग्री बरामद हुई.

पुलिस के मुताबिक, आरोपियों के पास ये चीजें थीं:

• 02 अवैध बंदूकें

• 03 जिंदा कारतूस

• 02 कारतूस कारतूस (315 बोर)

• घटना में प्रयुक्त 02 मोबाईल फोन

बरामद कर लिया गया है. पुलिस अब इन मोबाइल फोन के जरिए पूरे नेटवर्क और अन्य संभावित अपराधियों की तलाश कर रही है.

10 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी और हत्या की सुपारी का मामला

यह मामला तब सामने आया जब राजीव जैनजैन पुत्र धर्मचंद्र जैन निवासी पटेल नगर थाना नई मंडी मुजफ्फरनगर ने पुलिस को लिखित शिकायत दी।

उसने बताया कि एक मोबाइल नंबर 7078605136 उसे लगातार फोन कर जान बचाने के नाम पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी जा रही थी 10 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी माँगा जा रहा था.

शिकायत के आधार पर सिविल लाइंस थाना पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस एमओ नंबर 51/2026 अंतर्गत धारा 308(5) एवं 351(4) बी.एन.एस मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तुरंत एक विशेष पुलिस टीम का गठन किया गया, जिसने तकनीकी और खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर आरोपियों का पता लगाया.

पूछताछ में हुआ चौंकाने वाला खुलासा

गिरफ्तारी के बाद की गई शुरुआती पूछताछ में आरोपी ने कई सनसनीखेज खुलासे किए.

आरोपियों ने बताया कि वे दोनों लोगों को मारने की सुपारी लेने का काम करते हैं. घायल आरोपी प्रताप चौधरी ने पुलिस को बताया कि जब वह जेल में था तो उसकी मुलाकात उससे हुई थी. अतुल कुमार नामक व्यक्ति के साथ हुआ था।

अतुल कुमार ने उन्हें बताया राजीव जैन की हत्या के लिए 20 लाख रुपये की सुपारी दी गई थी.. इसके बाद दोनों आरोपियों ने योजना बनाई और पहले कारोबारी को डराने के लिए फोन पर 10 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी मांगी.

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 4 मार्च 2026 को उन्होंने राजीव जैन को फोन कर धमकी दी थी और अब वे दोनों हत्या करने का मौका ढूंढ रहे थे.

लेकिन इससे पहले ही पुलिस को सूचना मिल गई और मुठभेड़ के दौरान उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया.

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में हुई कार्रवाई

यह पूरा ऑपरेशन वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में चलाया गया.

कार्रवाई निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों द्वारा निर्देशित थी:

• अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक मेरठ जोन मेरठ

• पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक, सहारनपुर परिक्षेत्र, सहारनपुर

• वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक मुजफ्फरनगर संजय कुमार वर्मा

• पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर सत्यनारायण प्रजापत

• सहायक पुलिस अधीक्षक/क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर सिद्धार्थ के मिश्रा

• प्रभारी निरीक्षक सिविल लाइन आशुतोष कुमार सिंह

इन अधिकारियों के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की.

इस कार्रवाई में सिविल लाइन थाने की टीम ने अहम भूमिका निभाई. मुठभेड़ एवं गिरफ्तारी में शामिल पुलिसकर्मी इस प्रकार थे:

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने टीम के साहस और तत्परता की सराहना की है.

मुजफ्फरनगर पुलिस एनकाउंटर के बाद जांच तेज हो गई है

मुठभेड़ और गिरफ्तारी के बाद पुलिस अब पूरे मामले की गहनता से जांच कर रही है. पुलिस यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है कि हत्या की सुपारी देने वाला अतुल कुमार कहां है और क्या उसके पीछे कोई बड़ा आपराधिक नेटवर्क सक्रिय है.

इसके साथ ही आरोपी मो फॉरवर्ड और बैकवर्ड लिंक उनसे यह भी पूछताछ की जा रही है कि वे पहले किन-किन आपराधिक घटनाओं में शामिल रहे हैं.

पुलिस मोबाइल फोन कॉल डिटेल और डिजिटल साक्ष्यों के जरिए पूरे गिरोह का पर्दाफाश करने की दिशा में काम कर रही है.

अपराधियों के खिलाफ पुलिस की सख्त रणनीति

मुजफ्फरनगर पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई को अपराध के खिलाफ सख्त संदेश के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है. हाल के वर्षों में उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने संगठित अपराध, जबरन वसूली और सुपारी हत्या जैसे मामलों पर विशेष निगरानी बढ़ा दी है।

खासकर व्यवसायियों और आम नागरिकों को धमकी देने वाले अपराधियों के खिलाफ पुलिस तेजी से कार्रवाई कर रही है. इस मुठभेड़ ने यह साफ कर दिया है कि कानून-व्यवस्था को चुनौती देने वालों के खिलाफ पुलिस किसी भी स्तर पर कार्रवाई करने को तैयार है.

मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर में इस पुलिस मुठभेड़ ने एक संभावित हत्या को होने से पहले ही रोक दिया। पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और मुखबिर तंत्र की सक्रियता से दो खतरनाक अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और एक व्यवसायी की जान बचा ली गयी. अब पुलिस पूरे मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रही है ताकि हत्या की सुपारी देने वाले मास्टरमाइंड समेत पूरे नेटवर्क का पर्दाफाश किया जा सके और जिले में कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति को और मजबूत किया जा सके.

New Delhi: TVS Motor Company reported 4% growth in sales at 345,848 units in August 2023 from 333,787 units in August 2022.

Total two-wheeler sales recorded a growth of 5%, from 315,539 units in August 2022 to 332,110 units in August 2023. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 7%, from 239,325 units in August 2022 to 256,619 units in August 2023.

Motorcycle volumes declined by 6% at 153,047 units in August 2023 compared to 157,118 units in August 2022. Scooter sales recorded a growth of 17%, with sales increasing from 121,866 units in August 2022 to 142,502 units in August 2023.

TVS iQube Electric recorded highest sales of 23,887 units in August 2023, while 4,418 units were sold in August 2022. The company said that the order book of TVS iQube electric scooter remains good.

The company’s total exports recorded sales of 87,515 units in August 2023 as against 93,111 units in August 2022, a decline of 6%. Two-wheeler exports alone recorded a 1% decline in sales at 75,491 units in August 2023, compared to 76,214 units in August 2022.

The company’s three-wheeler sales declined by 25% to 13,738 units in August 2023, compared to 18,248 units in August 2022.

The company’s total exports recorded sales of 79,144 units in June 2023, while it stood at 114,449 units in June 2022. Two-wheeler exports recorded sales of 68,568 units in June 2023, compared to 100,625 units in June 2022.

समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान पर जोर दिया गया

जानसठ सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्र ने कहा कि समाधान दिवस का उद्देश्य आम जनता को प्रशासन से सीधे संवाद करने का अवसर देना है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि केवल लोगों की शिकायतें दर्ज करना ही पर्याप्त नहीं है, बल्कि उनका प्रभावी और संतोषजनक समाधान सुनिश्चित करना भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है।

उन्होंने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को समाधान दिवस में प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों की मौके पर जाकर जांच करने तथा उनकी वास्तविक स्थिति को समझकर उचित कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया। जिलाधिकारी ने यह भी कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या अनावश्यक विलंब स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

पुलिस प्रशासन ने जनता की समस्याएं भी सुनीं

इस अवसर पर वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा ने भी नागरिकों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुना. उन्होंने अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों को पुलिस संबंधी मामलों में त्वरित कार्रवाई कर फरियादियों को न्याय दिलाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि जानसठ सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस ऐसे मंच जनता और पुलिस के बीच विश्वास मजबूत करने का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम हैं। पुलिस प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि हर शिकायत का निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से समाधान किया जाए।

महिलाओं के विरुद्ध अपराध से संबंधित मामलों को प्राथमिकता

समाधान दिवस के दौरान अधिकारियों ने विशेषकर महिला अपराध से संबंधित शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिये। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने कहा कि महिलाओं से संबंधित मामलों की जांच संवेदनशीलता और गंभीरता से की जानी चाहिए।

उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को ऐसे मामलों में तुरंत जांच शुरू करने और पीड़ित पक्ष को जल्द से जल्द न्याय दिलाने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया.

निष्पक्ष जांच और समय पर कार्रवाई के निर्देश

जानसठ सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस समाधान दिवस के दौरान जिलाधिकारी एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक ने उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि समाधान दिवस में प्राप्त शिकायतों की निष्पक्षतापूर्वक जांच की जाये।

उन्होंने कहा कि शिकायतों के निस्तारण में पारदर्शिता एवं जिम्मेदारी बहुत जरूरी है। यदि किसी शिकायत पर जांच की आवश्यकता हो तो संबंधित अधिकारी मौके पर जाकर वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन कर निर्धारित समय सीमा में समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

लोगों को साइबर अपराध के प्रति जागरूक किया गया

कार्यक्रम के दौरान अधिकारियों ने साइबर अपराध और साइबर धोखाधड़ी के बढ़ते मामलों के बारे में भी लोगों को जागरूक किया. उन्होंने कहा कि डिजिटल युग में ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं, इसलिए नागरिकों को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है.

अधिकारियों ने लोगों से कहा कि वे किसी भी अनजान कॉल, लिंक या मैसेज पर भरोसा करने से बचें और बैंकिंग या निजी जानकारी किसी के साथ साझा न करें. अगर किसी व्यक्ति के साथ साइबर धोखाधड़ी होती है तो उसे तुरंत पुलिस या साइबर सेल से संपर्क करना चाहिए।

इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने साइबर सुरक्षा से जुड़े कई अहम उपायों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी और लोगों को सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी.

जनता और प्रशासन के बीच संवाद का महत्वपूर्ण मंच

जानसठ सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था में यह एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल मानी जा रही है, जहां आम नागरिक अपनी समस्याओं को सीधे अधिकारियों के समक्ष रख सकते हैं. इस प्रणाली का उद्देश्य लोगों की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना और प्रशासनिक पारदर्शिता को मजबूत करना है।

अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में कई शिकायतें सुनी गईं

समाधान दिवस के दौरान तहसील परिसर में विभिन्न विभागों से जुड़े अधिकारी व कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे। नागरिकों ने अधिकारियों के समक्ष भूमि विवाद, राजस्व मामले, पुलिस शिकायत, सामाजिक योजनाओं और अन्य प्रशासनिक मामलों से संबंधित समस्याएं रखीं।

इस मौके पर मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सुनील तेवतिया पुलिस एवं प्रशासन के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे। सभी अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया कि प्राप्त शिकायतों की जांच कर समयबद्ध तरीके से समाधान किया जाएगा।

तहसील जानसठ में आयोजित सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस ने एक बार फिर स्पष्ट कर दिया कि प्रशासन जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिये गम्भीरता से प्रयास कर रहा है। जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्र एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा द्वारा दिये गये निर्देश के बाद उम्मीद है कि समाधान दिवस पर प्राप्त शिकायतों का त्वरित एवं निष्पक्ष निस्तारण होगा, जिससे आम नागरिकों को राहत मिलेगी तथा प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास और मजबूत होगा।
