मुजफ्फरनगर समाधान दिवस तहसील सदर में आयोजित समाधान दिवस के दौरान जिले के प्रशासनिक एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों ने लोगों की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुना तथा उनके त्वरित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण समाधान के निर्देश दिये। इस मौके पर उमेश मिश्रा (जिला मजिस्ट्रेट) और संजय कुमार वर्मा (वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक) स्वयं उपस्थित रहे तथा मौके पर ही कई शिकायतों के निस्तारण की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये।

समाधान दिवस में आये नागरिकों ने भूमि विवाद, राजस्व संबंधी मामले, पुलिस शिकायतें, महिला सुरक्षा से संबंधित मुद्दे तथा विभिन्न विभागीय समस्याएं अधिकारियों के समक्ष रखीं। अधिकारियों ने सभी मामलों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को समय पर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के निर्देशानुसार आयोजन किया गया मुज़फ्फरनगर समाधान दिवस समाधान दिवस के दौरान जिलाधिकारी एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि समाधान दिवस में प्राप्त शिकायतों का शत-प्रतिशत निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाय।

उन्होंने उपस्थित अधिकारियों से कहा कि प्रत्येक शिकायत की मौके पर जाकर निष्पक्षता से जांच की जाये तथा निर्धारित समय सीमा के अन्दर निस्तारण किया जाये। प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को और अधिक जवाबदेह बनाने के लिए यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि समाधान की प्रगति के बारे में शिकायतकर्ता को नियमित रूप से सूचित किया जाना चाहिए।

अधिकारियों ने इस बात पर विशेष जोर दिया कि समाधान दिवस महज एक औपचारिक कार्यक्रम न रह जाये, बल्कि यह आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के वास्तविक समाधान का प्रभावी माध्यम बने.

महिला अपराध से संबंधित शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश

मुज़फ्फरनगर समाधान दिवस इस दौरान महिला सुरक्षा से जुड़े मुद्दों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया. अधिकारियों ने साफ कहा कि महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध से संबंधित शिकायतों की जांच तत्काल प्रभाव से की जानी चाहिए और पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने में कोई देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

उन्होंने पुलिस अधिकारियों को महिला सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों में संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता दोनों का संतुलन बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि शिकायतकर्ता को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।

इस पहल को जिले में महिला सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है.

लोगों को साइबर अपराध के प्रति जागरूक किया गया

समाधान दिवस के दौरान अधिकारियों ने उपस्थित नागरिकों को साइबर अपराध एवं ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी से बचाव के उपायों के बारे में भी विस्तार से जानकारी दी। वर्तमान समय में बढ़ते साइबर अपराध को देखते हुए प्रशासन ने इस विषय पर जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की जरूरत पर बल दिया है.

लोगों से कहा गया कि वे किसी भी अनजान कॉल, लिंक या मैसेज पर भरोसा न करें और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना तुरंत संबंधित अधिकारियों को दें। डिजिटल लेनदेन करते समय सावधानी बरतने की भी सलाह दी गई।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को जागरूक करके साइबर अपराध की घटनाओं को कम करना है।

समाधान दिवस के माध्यम से प्रशासन और जनता के बीच संवाद को मजबूत करने का महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से नागरिक अपनी समस्याओं को सीधे जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों के समक्ष रख सकते हैं।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि समाधान दिवस का उद्देश्य केवल शिकायतें दर्ज करना नहीं बल्कि उनका समयबद्ध एवं संतोषजनक समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। इस कारण विभागीय अधिकारियों को मौके पर जाकर शिकायतों की वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

अधिकारियों को मौके पर जाकर जांच करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं

मुज़फ्फरनगर समाधान दिवस बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी एवं वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक शिकायत की मौके पर जाकर जांच की जाये. इससे शिकायतों के निवारण में पारदर्शिता और विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित होगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि कई मामलों में कागजी कार्रवाई के बजाय मौके पर वास्तविक स्थिति का निरीक्षण जरूरी होता है. इसलिए अधिकारी स्वयं जांच कर समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

प्रशासनिक कामकाज को और अधिक प्रभावी व जवाबदेह बनाने की दिशा में यह निर्देश महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है.

जनभागीदारी से प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था मजबूत होगी

समाधान दिवस के दौरान अधिकारियों ने नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे अपनी समस्याएं बेझिझक प्रशासन के समक्ष रखें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन का उद्देश्य लोगों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करना है.

ऐसे कार्यक्रम प्रशासन और जनता के बीच विश्वास को मजबूत करते हैं और सरकार की योजनाओं को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने में मदद करते हैं।

जिले में नियमित रूप से आयोजन किया जा रहा है मुज़फ्फरनगर समाधान दिवस ये कार्यक्रम आम नागरिकों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान की नई आशा दे रहे हैं। प्रशासन की सक्रियता और अधिकारियों की सीधी भागीदारी से शिकायतों के निस्तारण की प्रक्रिया पहले से अधिक तेज और पारदर्शी हो गई है।

जनता की बढ़ती भागीदारी इस बात का संकेत है कि समाधान दिवस अब केवल औपचारिक कार्यक्रम नहीं रह गया है बल्कि एक प्रभावी जनसुनवाई मंच के रूप में स्थापित हो चुका है।

Madurai: As the election season is gaining momentum, some villages in south Tamil Nadu are turning against political messaging. Othavidu in Madurai is a village where political advertisements, banners, flags, posters or messages of any kind are prohibited.Politicians enter the village and campaign for votes, but that’s all. The villagers do not accept gifts or freebies or allow any advertisements to be pasted in the village, whether on the walls of houses or in public places. P Pandi, a shopkeeper, said, “Apart from political posters, we also do not allow posters for religious or private events like festivals and weddings. If any such poster is stuck on the walls, the village elders ask them to remove it immediately.” He said that parties and campaigners respect the rules. Actually, these rules have been explained in a notice posted at the bus stand.“We follow these rules so that no one is influenced by the propaganda on posters and banners or has any allegiance to any particular flag,” says M Jayaraj, another resident. “When it comes time to vote, everyone takes their own decision, without influence from the rest of the village.” Jayaraj said. People returning home from other cities and districts to cast their votes are also following this rule.TOI found that just across the road from Othavidu, there is a signboard of a recent road development project with details of the plan. Krishnan, another villager, said, this signboard was not allowed to be put up within the village limits. “Only names of shops and their advertisements are allowed in the village,” he said.Other villages that follow similar rules on political messaging are Marudhanatham in Virudhunagar district, Kombuthi in Ramanathapuram and Balakrishnapuram in Theni.Murugan, a resident of Balakrishnapuram village, said, “Politicians are allowed to enter the village for campaigning, and they can bring with them whatever flags and banners they want, but when they leave, they have to take all that with them.”The politics related rules enforced by these villages also ensure that there is no discord among the villagers on the basis of politics. “It is not discussed publicly. Everyone votes for whoever they want. There is no debate or discussion about it during panchayats or other public meetings,” he said.

Kolkata: The fate of over 23 lakh voters, who were excluded from electoral rolls after SIR in Bengal, hangs in balance as tribunals to adjudicate appeals remained non-functional till Saturday. Monday is the last day for voters to take their decision in 152 constituencies where the first phase of voting took place. The tribunals are the last hope for these voters after their first appeal was rejected during the judicial review process.The first phase of elections is scheduled for April 23, with the deadline for submitting nominations ending at 3 pm on April 6. Under Election Commission rules, the voter list can be published till the last date for filing nominations. Therefore, the voter list of constituencies which will go to polls on April 23 will be frozen till 3 pm on Monday.According to a senior Election Commission official, as of Thursday, about 52 lakh of the more than 60 lakh cases marked as ‘pending’ had been disposed of. “More than 700 judicial officers have been appointed to dispose of 60,06,475 doubtful and pending cases marked ‘undertrial’ in the voter list. They began work on February 24 and around 52 lakh cases have been disposed of by April 2. 55% of the cases processed so far have been cleared, and those names have been added to the voter list. 45% of the rejected cases have been delisted, and they can appeal online or offline to the appellate tribunal within 15 days against the orders passed by judicial authorities,” an EC official said.Considering the rejection rate of 45%, so far 23.4 lakh persons have lost their voting rights in the adjudication process and are eligible to appeal to the Appellate Tribunal. However, the necessary infrastructure for retired judges – who are expected to preside over tribunal proceedings – has not yet been established. This has raised doubts over whether the decision process can begin within the stipulated time frame, raising concerns over the fate of 23.4 lakh voters.Although there is uncertainty over whether tribunals will be functional by Monday, the rush to government offices to file appeals continued on Saturday. However, many were turned away and asked to return with the documents already submitted during the enumeration phase of the SIR.On Friday, officials had cited “government holiday” and “other election-related duties” for not accepting the appeal. On Saturday, voters were reportedly told that their requests could not be processed as they had not brought supporting documents with the formal application.This comes after senior Election Commission officials had said last month that no additional documents would be required for those submitting offline appeals.Meanwhile, in a release on Saturday, the CEO office said that around 8,000 appeals under Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act were submitted to it, which were forwarded to the concerned district magistrates for necessary action.

हड़ताल के कारण जमरानी बांध परियोजना, पुलों और सड़कों का काम धीमा हो गया है. कई स्थानों पर सड़क नहीं बनने से प्रतिदिन 50 से 60 हजार लोगों को आवागमन में परेशानी हो रही है. स्थिति यह हो गई है कि यूयूएसडीए में संविदा इंजीनियरों के माध्यम से काम चल रहा है लेकिन पीडब्ल्यूडी की सड़कें इंजीनियरों का इंतजार कर रही हैं। उत्तराखंड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स महासंघ के बैनर तले लोनिवि कुमाऊं के लोनिवि, सिंचाई, जल संस्थान, पेयजल निगम, आरडब्ल्यूडी, विकास प्राधिकरण, यूयूएसडीए आदि विभागों के 1100 इंजीनियर अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर हैं।

पुल में जाल बंधा हुआ है, उसे जांचने वाला कोई नहीं है.

चकलवा के पास पीडब्ल्यूडी की ओर से करीब तीन करोड़ रुपये की लागत से पुल बनाया जा रहा है। बताया गया कि इसका लोहे का जाल बनकर तैयार है लेकिन हड़ताल के कारण काम रुका हुआ है। एई और जेई के निरीक्षण के बाद ही यह काम पूरा हो सकेगा। इसे बरसात से पहले बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया था.

करोड़ों की योजना राम भरोसे

पेयजल निगम की ओर से 154 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से तीन फिल्टर प्लांट बनाने के साथ ही लाइनें बिछाई जा रही हैं। इसका टेंडर करीब तीन माह पहले हुआ था. सुभाषनगर और इंदिरानगर में भी सीवरेज का काम चल रहा है, जिसके बाद सड़कों पर काम होना है। विभाग के 12 एई और जेई हड़ताल पर हैं.

सड़कों का पुनर्निर्माण रुका हुआ है

पीडब्लूडी की सड़कों को अभी रफ्तार मिली ही थी कि इंजीनियरों की हड़ताल के कारण काम ठप हो गया। हॉटमिक्स, बनभूलपुरा, सुभाषनगर, दमुवाढूंगा समेत पनियाली की सड़कों के अलावा हलद्वानी, कालाढूंगी और लालकुआं विधानसभा की सड़कों का काम भी प्रभावित हुआ है। यूयूएसडीए की ओर से शहर में 1400 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के सीवरेज और पेयजल संबंधी कार्य कराए जा रहे हैं। नगर निगम के वार्ड-34 से 60 तक 350 किमी सड़कों पर लाइन बिछाने का काम किया जा रहा है. इनमें से लगभग आधे ही पूरे हो पाए हैं। नैनीताल रोड और कालाढूंगी रोड का चौड़ीकरण भी कछुआ गति से चल रहा है।
