मुजफ्फरनगर का चौधरी चरण सिंह स्पोर्ट्स स्टेडियम परिसर में स्वीमिंग पूल का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया गया। खेल निदेशालय लखनऊ के निर्देशानुसार जिला खेल कार्यालय द्वारा आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में तैराकी खिलाड़ियों एवं खेल प्रेमियों में विशेष उत्साह देखा गया।

स्वीमिंग पूल खुलने से जिले के खिलाड़ियों को अब स्थानीय स्तर पर व्यवस्थित तैराकी प्रशिक्षण की सुविधा मिलेगी, जिससे खेल प्रतिभाओं को आगे बढ़ने का बेहतर अवसर मिलेगा।


जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक राजेश कुमार श्रीवास ने स्वीमिंग पूल का उद्घाटन किया

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि राजेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव (जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक) ने फीता काटकर तरणताल का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया। इस मौके पर उपस्थित खिलाड़ियों को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि खेल में सफलता के लिए निरंतर अभ्यास, अनुशासन और समर्पण बहुत जरूरी है.

उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि तैराकी जैसे खेल शारीरिक क्षमता के साथ-साथ मानसिक मजबूती भी प्रदान करते हैं और युवाओं को खेलों में आगे बढ़ने के लिए ऐसे अवसरों का पूरा फायदा उठाना चाहिए।


तैराकी प्रशिक्षण के लिए खिलाड़ियों का पंजीकरण शुरू

मुजफ्फरनगर स्विमिंग पूल उद्घाटन के बाद जिला खेल कार्यालय द्वारा इच्छुक खिलाड़ियों के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। खिलाड़ी निर्धारित शुल्क अदा कर तैराकी का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

प्रशिक्षण के लिए अनुभवी तैराकी प्रशिक्षकों की व्यवस्था की गई है, जो खिलाड़ियों को तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।


प्रभारी खेल पदाधिकारी ने खिलाड़ियों का स्वागत कर उनके सम्मान में स्वागत किया.

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्य अतिथि के आगमन पर भूपेन्द्र सिंह (प्रभारी खेल अधिकारी) द्वारा पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर स्वागत किया गया एवं बैज लगाकर सम्मानित किया गया।

इस अवसर पर खेल विभाग के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने भी खिलाड़ियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए उन्हें नियमित अभ्यास के लिए प्रेरित किया।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के खिलाड़ियों को आधुनिक खेल सुविधाओं के माध्यम से राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक ले जाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है.


खेल प्रतिभाओं को स्थानीय स्तर पर बेहतर प्रशिक्षण के अवसर मिलेंगे

मुजफ्फरनगर स्विमिंग पूल के उद्घाटन के बाद अब जिले के खिलाड़ियों को तैराकी प्रशिक्षण के लिए दूसरे शहरों पर निर्भर नहीं रहना पड़ेगा।

झूला टूटते ही चीख पुकार मच गई
भैंसहां दुर्गा मंदिर मेले में आसपास के गांवों से बड़ी संख्या में लोग आये थे. शाम को काफी भीड़ थी और लोग झूले का आनंद ले रहे थे। इसी दौरान अचानक झूला टूट गया। झूले पर बैठे लोग नीचे गिर गए और कुछ लोग लोहे के हिस्सों के नीचे दब गए. घटना के बाद मौके पर चीख-पुकार मच गई और भगदड़ जैसी स्थिति बन गई. हालांकि देर रात होने के कारण कई लोग घर चले गये थे, जिससे बड़ा हादसा टल गया.
