थानाध्यक्ष देवराज शर्मा ने बताया कि कार में सवार दोनों लोगों को कोई चोट नहीं आयी है. घबराहट के कारण उसे बेचैनी हो रही थी. इसलिए उन्हें श्रीदेव सुमन अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि जब हाईवे पर मरम्मत का काम चल रहा है तो बीआरओ को वहां यातायात रोकने के लिए कर्मचारी तैनात करने चाहिए.

जिस वक्त कार पर पत्थर गिरा उस वक्त सड़क पर बीआरओ का कोई कर्मचारी नहीं था। बीआरओ के सहायक अभियंता सुरेंद्र सिंह रावत का कहना है कि सड़क सुधारीकरण का काम चल रहा है, लोग जल्दी में हैं। लोग वहां बिना रुके वाहन पार करने की कोशिश करते रहते हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशांबी जिले से एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां जिस महिला के पति को हत्या के आरोप में जेल भेज दिया गया था, वह दिल्ली में अपने चचेरे भाई के साथ जिंदा पाई गई है। इस खुलासे के बाद पूरे मामले में नया मोड़ आ गया है. पुलिस ने अब मायके पक्ष के खिलाफ कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है. इस घटना ने न सिर्फ पुलिस की जांच प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किये हैं, बल्कि एक निर्दोष व्यक्ति के जेल जाने का सच भी सामने ला दिया है. फिलहाल पुलिस महिला का बयान दर्ज कर आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है.

शादी के बाद से ही विवाद चल रहा था
यह मामला महेवाघाट थाना क्षेत्र के अलवारा गांव का है. पीड़ित के ससुर योगेन्द्र तिवारी के मुताबिक, उन्होंने अपने बेटे राजू तिवारी की शादी टेवां गांव निवासी शारदा मिश्रा की बेटी अंकिता तिवारी से साल 2016 में की थी. आरोप है कि शादी के बाद अंकिता का चाल-चलन ठीक नहीं था और वह अक्सर अपने मायके में ही रहती थी. साल 2024 में वह अपने चचेरे भाई रामू उर्फ ​​संकल्प मिश्रा के साथ दिल्ली गई थी, हालांकि बाद में समझौता होकर मामला सुलझ गया था.

वह आभूषण और नकदी लेकर लापता हो गई
योगेन्द्र तिवारी ने बताया कि 21 जनवरी 2026 को अंकिता एक बार फिर घर से आभूषण और नकदी लेकर गायब हो गई। इसके बाद 22 जनवरी को उसके लापता होने की सूचना दी गई। लेकिन 20 फरवरी को मायके पक्ष ने ससुराल वालों पर हत्या कर शव गायब करने का आरोप लगाते हुए मामला दर्ज कराया. इस मामले में बढ़ते दबाव के चलते राजू तिवारी ने 27 फरवरी को कोर्ट में सरेंडर कर दिया था और तब से वह जेल में हैं.

दिल्ली में चचेरे भाई के साथ मिली महिला
पुलिस जांच के दौरान अंकिता तिवारी को उसके चचेरे भाई के साथ दिल्ली से बरामद कर लिया गया. इस खुलासे के बाद मामला पूरी तरह से बदल गया. ससुर योगेन्द्र तिवारी ने महिला के पिता, भाई व अन्य रिश्तेदारों पर साजिश रचने का आरोप लगाया और पुलिस से शिकायत की.

मायके पक्ष पर कार्रवाई, दो गिरफ्तार
पुलिस ने इस मामले में शारदा मिश्रा और उनके बेटे गोपाल मिश्रा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. थाना प्रभारी धीरेंद्र सिंह के मुताबिक मायके पक्ष ने सच्चाई छिपाकर झूठा मुकदमा दर्ज कराया, जिसके चलते एक निर्दोष को जेल जाना पड़ा।

जांच जारी है, न्याय की उम्मीद है.’
फिलहाल महिला का मेडिकल कराया जा रहा है और कोर्ट में उसका बयान दर्ज कराया जाएगा. पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जाएगी और सभी दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी. इस घटना ने समाज में झूठे आरोपों के गंभीर परिणामों को उजागर किया है.

ऑपरेशन चक्रव्यूह के तहत कोतवाली नगर पुलिस टीम ने सक्रिय कार्रवाई करते हुए वारंटी अभियुक्त नौशाद पुत्र नईम निवासी न्याजूपुरा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस को उसकी लंबे समय से तलाश थी और वह गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए लगातार ठिकाने बदल रहा था.

थाना प्रभारी बब्लू सिंह वर्मा के नेतृत्व में गठित पुलिस टीम ने सटीक सूचना के आधार पर कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को पकड़ लिया. गिरफ्तारी के बाद उससे पूछताछ की जा रही है और उससे जुड़े अन्य मामलों की भी जांच की जा रही है.

इस कार्रवाई में प्रभारी निरीक्षक बब्लू सिंह वर्मा, उपनिरीक्षक अभिमन्यु सिंह, कांस्टेबल अमित कुमार व अजय कुमार की अहम भूमिका रही. पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस तरह के ऑपरेशन आगे भी जारी रहेंगे.

इन सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ कोर्ट से वारंट जारी थे और पुलिस काफी समय से इनकी तलाश में जुटी थी. गिरफ्तारी के बाद सभी को नियमानुसार कोर्ट में पेश किया गया.

This amount will be deposited directly into the bank account of the female head of the family.”The manifesto said the special assistance of Rs 10,000 is to help households cope with rising prices and higher taxes.“Under the administratively incompetent Stalin-led DMK regime – due to its lack of foresight – prices of essential commodities have skyrocketed in the last five years. As a result, the public has been seriously affected. Besides, various taxes including property tax, house tax, electricity charges and water charges have been increased. As a result, the daily financial burden on families has increased manifold. Therefore, with the aim of reducing this burden on the people, a special assistance amount of Rs.
