यूपी सरकार 9 साल इस मौके पर मुजफ्फरनगर में आयोजित प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में प्रदेश सरकार की उपलब्धियों और बदलावों की तस्वीर विस्तार से पेश की गई. सुजडू चुंगी स्थित आईटीआई परिसर में आयोजित इस प्रेसवार्ता में भाजपा के प्रभारी मंत्री प्रो सोमेंद्र तोमर कहा कि पिछले नौ वर्षों में उत्तर प्रदेश में ऐतिहासिक परिवर्तन हुआ है।

उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2017 में प्रधानमंत्री स्व नरेंद्र मोदी विजन और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ पीएम मोदी के नेतृत्व में शुरू हुई यात्रा आज “अराजकता से व्यवस्था तक और निराशा से विश्वास तक” तक पहुंच गई है।

अराजकता से व्यवस्था तक की यात्रा

यूपी सरकार 9 साल इस संबंध में मंत्री सोमेंद्र तोमर ने कहा कि पहले उत्तर प्रदेश अराजकता, अपराध और अव्यवस्था के लिए जाना जाता था, लेकिन अब प्रदेश कानून व्यवस्था के लिए मिसाल बनता जा रहा है.

उन्होंने ऐसा दावा किया

• अभी राज्य में कोई कर्फ्यू नहीं, कोई दंगा नहीं जैसी स्थिति है

• माफियाओं के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही कर उनका सफाया किया गया।

• अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है

उन्होंने बताया कि 977 अपराधियों पर एनएसए लगाया गया तथा कानून एवं व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ किया गया 2 लाख 19 हजार पुलिसकर्मियों की भर्ती किया गया।

युवाओं के पास हथियार नहीं बल्कि तकनीक है

मंत्री ने कहा कि पहले युवाओं के हाथ में हथियार दिखते थे, लेकिन अब सरकार ने उन्हें हथियार दे दिये हैं. टेबलेट और स्मार्टफोन देकर तकनीकी रूप से सशक्त बनाया।

सरकार द्वारा अब तक 49.86 लाख टैबलेट और स्मार्टफोन वितरित किए गए हैं, जिससे शिक्षा और रोजगार के नए अवसर खुल रहे हैं।

गरीब कल्याण योजनाओं पर जोर

यूपी सरकार 9 साल इस दौरान सरकार ने गरीबों और जरूरतमंदों के लिए कई योजनाएं लागू की हैं.

• 15 करोड़ लोगों को मुफ्त राशन

• 6 करोड़ लोग गरीबी रेखा से बाहर आये

• 5.60 करोड़ आयुष्मान कार्ड जारी किये गये

• 9 करोड़ लोगों को स्वास्थ्य बीमा कवर

मंत्री ने कहा कि अब गरीब न सिर्फ योजना के लाभार्थी बन गये हैं बल्कि विकास में भागीदार भी बन गये हैं.

महिला सशक्तिकरण में बड़ा बदलाव

सरकार ने महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए भी कई महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए हैं।

• 1 करोड़ 6 लाख महिलाएं स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ीं

• 18 लाख महिलाएं बनीं ‘लखपति दीदी’

• कन्या सुमंगला योजना के अंतर्गत बेटियों की शिक्षा एवं सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देना

इन योजनाओं से महिलाओं की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार आया है।

किसानों के लिए बड़े फैसले

यूपी सरकार 9 साल इसके तहत किसानों के हित में भी कई कदम उठाए गए.

• 3 करोड़ 12 लाख किसानों को प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि

• के करीब 99 हजार करोड़ रुपये का वितरण

• गन्ना किसानों को 3.15 लाख करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा का भुगतान

सरकार ने किसानों को बिचौलियों से मुक्ति दिलाकर सीधे बाजार से जोड़ने का प्रयास किया है।

रोजगार और शिक्षा में सुधार

मंत्री सोमेंद्र तोमर ने कहा कि प्रदेश में

• 9 लाख से ज्यादा सरकारी नौकरियाँ दी गईं

• 40 लाख नये बच्चों का स्कूलों में नामांकन किया गया

इसके अलावा प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को स्मार्ट बनाया जा रहा है और हर मंडल में विश्वविद्यालय स्थापित किये जा रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि अब युवा सिर्फ नौकरी मांगने वाले ही नहीं बल्कि नौकरी देने वाले भी बन रहे हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ रहा है

यूपी सरकार 9 साल इस अवधि में उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्यान्न उत्पादन में भी अग्रणी बन गया है। मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य अब देश का सबसे बड़ा खाद्यान्न उत्पादक बन गया है, जो आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

नेतृत्व की भूमिका पर जोर

मंत्री ने कहा कि यह बदलाव सिर्फ नीतियों से नहीं, बल्कि मजबूत नेतृत्व से संभव हुआ है. मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में उत्तर प्रदेश ने कई ऐसे कार्य किये हैं, जो पहले असंभव माने जाते थे।

उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि प्रदेश अब सिर्फ बदल नहीं रहा है, बल्कि पूरी तरह बदल चुका है और देश के विकास में अहम भूमिका निभा रहा है।
