उत्तर प्रदेश समाचार: उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी में सोमवार को एक अहम घोषणा हुई, जब शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती ने चतुरंगिनी सेना के गठन की घोषणा की. इस सेना का उद्देश्य सनातन धर्म की रक्षा करना है। इसके तहत देश के करीब 800 गांवों में सैनिक तैयार किये जायेंगे, जो गाय, गंगा और मंदिरों की रक्षा के लिए समर्पित होंगे. यह घोषणा पंचमी तिथि के अभिजीत मुहूर्त में वाराणसी के विद्या मठ में की गई, जहां बड़ी संख्या में संत और अनुयायी मौजूद थे।

27 कमांडरों को दी गई जिम्मेदारी, अगले साल तक पूरा गठन
इस मौके पर शंकराचार्य ने अपने 27 सेनापतियों को भी मीडिया के सामने पेश किया. उन्होंने सभी को निर्देश दिया कि अगले वर्ष मौनी अमावस्या तक चतुरंगिणी सेना का पूर्ण गठन हो जाना चाहिए। यह सेना एक अक्षौहिणी के रूप में होगी, जिसमें लगभग 2,18,700 सैनिक शामिल होंगे।

टोको, रोको और ठोको का अर्थ समझाया
शंकराचार्य ने सेना के काम करने के तरीके को भी समझाया. उन्होंने कहा कि पहले गलत काम करने वालों को रोका जाएगा, फिर रोका जाएगा और अगर नहीं माने तो ‘झटका’ दिया जाएगा. उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि यहां ‘हड़ताल करने’ का मतलब कानूनी कार्रवाई करना यानी मुकदमा दायर करना है.

संगठन की संरचना चार मुख्य भागों में होगी
चतुरंगिनी सेना को चार मुख्य भागों में विभाजित किया गया है – जनशक्ति, शारीरिक शक्ति, धन शक्ति और जनशक्ति। जनशक्ति में विद्वान, वकील, मीडिया और पुजारी शामिल होंगे, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी महामंडलेश्वर अमरेश्वरानंद को दी गई है। तनबल में शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण देने वाले लोग होंगे, जिन्हें कानून के दायरे में लाठी, तलवार और अन्य हथियारों का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, इसके प्रमुख ब्रह्मचारी शंभू प्रेमानंद होंगे।

धन एवं जनशक्ति से संगठन मजबूत होगा
धनबल शाखा संगठन के लिए वित्तीय संसाधन जुटाने का काम करेगी, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी ब्रह्मचारी परमात्मानंद को सौंपी गई है। मनबल शाखा के माध्यम से विभिन्न स्तरों पर लोगों को जोड़ा जाएगा, जिसकी अध्यक्षता महामंडलेश्वर शिवम जी महाराज करेंगे.

20 विभाग और पूरा ढांचा तय होगा
इन चार अंगों के अलावा चतुरंगिनी सेना के पास 20 विभाग भी होंगे। संगठन में पट्टीपाल, सेनामुखपति, गुल्मपति, गणपाल, वाहिनीपति, पृत्नापति, चमूपति, अनिकिनिपति और महासेनापति जैसे विभिन्न पद सृजित किए जाएंगे। मौनी अमावस्या तक इन पदों पर नियुक्तियां तय हो जाएंगी। इस घोषणा के बाद पूरे क्षेत्र में इस नई पहल को लेकर चर्चा तेज हो गई है.

Election Commission Blamed clerical errors for circulating a letter from the Election Commission with the BJP’s seal of approval. It said that, due to an office error, the same document was sent to other parties for similar clarifications.The response comes in the form of an affidavit attached to a letter dated March 19, 2019, which was distributed to political parties in Kerala with the BJP’s seal of approval. CPI(M) Kerala shared pictures of the letter as it alleged that the Election Commission is controlled by the same political power. It also added a sarcastic comment saying the party should at least show “the courtesy of maintaining separate desks”.“Has the BJP given up all pretence? It is no secret that the same power center controls both the Election Commission of India and the BJP. Still, at least maintain the courtesy of two separate desks. Now, that too seems unnecessary,” CPI(M) posted on Twitter.It further commented about the BJP’s seal on the affidavit and compared the incident to an old allegation of EVM tampering, saying, “Seals are being swapped. BJP’s seal on the Election Commission’s letter! Like the old allegation – that you press any button, a lotus will appear – here’s another ‘coincidence’. The guidelines in question are amendments from 2019, which have already been communicated to all political entities.”According to the statement, the Deputy CEO has withdrawn the incorrect document with a formal letter.“The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer accepted the omission as soon as it was discovered.
