Itanagar: North Eastern Council (NEC) members from Shillong, Tenzing Norbu Thongdok and Longki Fangcho, on Sunday inspected the ongoing NEC-funded project at Roing in Lower Dibang Valley district of Arunachal Pradesh..An official report said that along with former CM Mukut Mithi, he inspected the ‘Promotion of Mother Tongues and Literary Development of Arunachal Pradesh’ being implemented by the Research Institute of the World’s Ancient Traditions, Cultures and Heritage (RIWATCH) in Khinjili.
