Chirayu Rana has now made ‘threesome’ allegations against Lorna Hajdini with witness statements.

Chirayu Rana, the Indian-origin former JPMorgan banker who made sexual harassment allegations against executive Lorna Hajdini, has now filed a new claim saying he has new evidence supporting his allegations – including an anonymous friend whom Hajdini even invited over for a threesome. The new filing includes statements, descriptions and quotes from anonymous witnesses related to alleged encounters with Hajdini in September 2024.The new filing comes as JPMorgan described Rana’s lawsuit as a complete fabrication and said Rana never reported Hajdini.

In Rana’s new filing, an alleged witness, apparently a family friend of Rana, said he was staying in an apartment during a trip to New York City and was woken up in the middle of the night by Hajdini’s drunken antics. She attempted to go back to sleep, but was woken up by a “completely naked” Hajdini, the New York Post reported, citing the new filing.Hajdini sat down on the couch he was sleeping on, lit a cigarette and began begging him to “join them” in the bedroom, the document ends.Despite repeated refusals, the witness said Hajdini told him, “You know I’m the owner of [redacted]So you better join.She claimed that when she returned to the bedroom, she heard Rana pleading, “No, no, no, you have to go. I’m not going to do it. Please stay.”The new complaint says Hajdini left the apartment later that night, and Rana told her how he “continued to harass her and on multiple occasions forced her to perform sexual acts on him.” The witness also claimed that he saw Hajdini ‘having it’ with Rana at a concert for Norwegian DJ Kygo at the Barclays Center earlier that month.Another witness claimed to have seen Hajdini kissing Rana’s neck on the street sometime during the summer of 2024. Another witness said Hajdini had told Chirayu Rana something like ‘I’m your boss, brownie’.
