Chennai: BJP state president Nainar Nagenthran on Friday said the BJP will not be involved in any efforts to form government in Tamil Nadu after the assembly election results. In a statement, he said the party had fought the elections with the aim of welfare and progress of the people of Tamil Nadu, but the voters have accepted the verdict. “We believe that the people have not given any chance or mandate to the BJP to form the government in Tamil Nadu in this election,” Nagenthran said.“We also want to tell the people that we will not vote in support of any party involved in the efforts to form the government,” he said.
