Jagga Reddy pays 'courtesy call' to Meenakshi

Hyderabad: Working President of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Jagga Reddy meet Telangana Congress Party in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan on Saturday discussed the state affairs of the party and shared her opinion. After meeting the Congress in-charge, Jagga Reddy told the media that this meeting has no importance and he has not met him to complain against anyone. “It was a courtesy meeting. I expressed my opinion on party activities and the state government will have to bridge the gap, if any, between the party leaders and the government,” he said.He said the next six months to one year would be crucial for the party and there was a need for greater coordination and unity from the village level to the state level. “The Congress government has completed two and a half years and the next two and a half years are important for the party,” he said.Jagga Reddy suggested, “There is a need to strengthen and support CM Revanth Reddy and PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, who are coordinating the party affairs and government and carrying forward the activities of the party and government. If there is any difference between the party and the workers then it should be rectified and significant part of the workers and leaders should be taken into confidence. Differences are common in the Congress party which will help the party.”On nominated posts, Jagga Reddy said that while some leaders are waiting for nominated posts and recognition from the party, some leaders, who have got the posts, are ignoring the party workers and their contribution to the party is almost zero.
