New Delhi: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan launched a scathing attack on Congress on Saturday. Rahul GandhiAccused them of acting as “BJP’s B-team”.Speaking in an interview with PTI, Vijayan said, “Some people don’t learn even by watching or experiencing anything. They are not normal people. They are a rare occurrence. This is something that happens to people who are generally unable to understand things. Rahul Gandhi falls in that category.” He referred to Rahul Gandhi’s allegations against former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case and said that the court had dismissed the allegations and given a clean chit to Kejriwal. Vijayan said, “This was a big blow to the Congress leadership including Rahul Gandhi. Despite this, it is pathetic that he is repeating the same thing. That is why I said that he does not learn anything from what he has seen and experienced.”Vijayan also accused Congress of forming alliance BJP At both national and state levels. “Congress and UDF have become a group that has no hesitation in forming an alliance with the BJP,” he claimed, as reported by news agency PTI. He said that parties often oppose LDF in this manner.On communal politics, the CM said, “One should be able to take a strong stand against it. This is the specialty of our stand. We will not compromise with any communal force. We are all against communalism.” He distinguished between religious organizations and communal forces, saying, “Religious organizations and communalism are two different things. Communal forces must be opposed.”

Vijayan rejected the opposition’s claims over the loss of gold in Sabarimala and said the Kerala High Court was monitoring the investigation and “nobody involved in the case will be spared.” He said the UDF was raising the issue only to influence voters ahead of the April 9 assembly elections.The CM also accused the Center of being hostile towards Kerala on various issues and termed as “nonsense” BJP state chief Rajeev Chandrasekhar’s comment that the Central government had given assistance to the state. He highlighted reforms in higher education aimed at raising institutional standards to international levels.
