According to him, Henry has made simple but drastic changes to his lifestyle, especially cutting down on sugar.Scott said, “When you look at his new physique, when I talk to him about it, he tells me he’s cut out sugar. That’s really what he’s dedicated to. He also wants everyone to basically cut out sugar.”He said Henry encouraged him to adopt the same routine. “I was chatting with him about it the other day, and he said, ‘Malik, just try it for a month or two and before you know it, you’ll feel better.’ He’s really on it. And it worked to his advantage because you see his body, he’s fit.”Scott believes Henry’s journey in football already shows the kind of strength required for boxing. “I believe that to be what he is today, he has to overcome his mental strength and everything, that’s all it takes to be a fighter.
