New Delhi: In a rare display of seamless synergy, all three services of the armed forces jointly conducted Dweep Shakti, a high intensity tri-service exercise between March 24 and March 28 to validate integrated capability for rapid response to coastal and island defense operations.During the joint exercise, the tri-services executed coordinated amphibious assault, maritime dominance operations and complex beach landing exercises.“In seamless synergy, the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force executed coordinated amphibious assault, sea dominance operations and complex beach landing exercises using next generation equipment and drones, confirming accuracy, jointness and mission-ready interoperability,” the Army posted on Twitter. Some pictures of military exercises were also shared in it.It said the exercise also refined integrated tactics, techniques and procedures, reinforcing the armed forces’ growing multi-domain capability and firm commitment to securing India’s maritime borders and island territories.
