The statement was released by her legal representatives, who quoted, “We are very pleased that the court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants: Justin Baldoni, Jamie Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel.“He added, “These were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the Court for its careful review of the facts, the law, and the overwhelming evidence provided.” Calling it a ‘narrow case’, the representative added that legal counsel are hoping to consider the case during an official hearing next month.
