New Delhi: At least 10 people were killed and 25 injured in a collision between a bus and a pickup van in Katihar, Bihar.According to Katihar Police, the injured are being taken to the nearest government hospital.“Today, on April 11, 2026, a fatal road accident involving a bus and a pickup vehicle occurred near Gerabari under the jurisdiction of Korha police station in Katihar district. 10 people have lost their lives so far in this incident,” a Katihar police statement said.“About 25 people injured in the accident are being shifted to nearby hospitals for advanced medical care after first aid,” it said.According to Superintendent of Police Shikhar Chaudhary, the accident happened on NH-31 in Korha block of Katiha.
