Almora-Pantnagar journey will now be easy. Air service provider company Pawan Hans is going to start air service between Almora-Pantnagar from 15th April. This will make the journey to Almora-Pantganar easier. This service is being operated between Tatik Helipad of Almora to Sahastradhara Helipad of Dehradun, due to which the journey of hours will be completed in minutes.
It takes about five to six hours to travel from Almora to Pantnagar by road. It takes even more time when there is a traffic jam. During the rainy season, the road gets closed due to debris falling on the Kwarb. Due to this, passengers have to take alternative routes. In such a situation, people are not able to reach their destination on time. Now people are going to get relief from this problem. Air service between Almora and Pantnagar will start from April 15. A 13 seat helicopter of Pawan Hans company will fly. People will reach Pantnagar in 15 minutes from Almora. The estimated fare is two thousand rupees.
