लखनऊ के चौक इलाके से एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है. यहां 5 साल के मासूम अर्णव को उसके पिता और सौतेली मां ने कथित तौर पर पीट-पीटकर मार डाला. इस घटना के बाद पूरे इलाके में गुस्से का माहौल है. पुलिस जब आरोपियों को लेकर उनके घर पहुंची तो मोहल्ले के लोगों ने जमकर विरोध किया. लोगों ने दोनों आरोपियों को मारने की कोशिश की और गुस्से में आरोपी पिता को थप्पड़ भी मारे. पुलिस की मौजूदगी में घर के बाहर काफी देर तक हंगामा होता रहा.

जानकारी के मुताबिक अर्नव को उसके पिता और सौतेली मां अक्सर बुरी तरह पीटते थे. आरोप है कि हाल ही में दोनों ने बच्चे को इतना पीटा कि उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई. पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से यह भी पता चला कि बच्चे के शरीर पर कई पुराने और नए घाव थे। इससे साफ पता चलता है कि अर्नव को काफी समय से प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा था.

घाव छुपाने के लिए पूरी आस्तीन के कपड़े पहनते थे
परिजनों का कहना है कि बच्चे को जानबूझकर दूसरों से दूर रखा गया था. अर्नव की नानी और मामा ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें कभी बच्चे से मिलने नहीं दिया गया. उन्होंने बताया कि गर्मियों में भी अर्णव को पूरी बांह की टी-शर्ट और मंकी कैप पहनाई जाती थी, ताकि उसके शरीर पर लगे घाव किसी को नजर न आएं.

आरोपी के घर के बाहर लोगों का हंगामा
बताया जा रहा है कि अर्णव के पिता पेशे से वकील हैं, जबकि उनकी सौतेली मां घर पर ही बुटीक का काम करती थीं. इस घटना की खबर जब इलाके में फैली तो लोगों में काफी आक्रोश फैल गया. लोग दोनों आरोपियों को कड़ी सजा और फांसी की मांग करने लगे. स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल मौके पर पहुंचा. पुलिस ने किसी तरह दोनों आरोपियों को भीड़ से बचाया और वहां से निकाला.

पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में प्रताड़ना का खुलासा
इस मामले में जोलखनौ वेस्ट के डीसीपी विश्वजीत श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में बच्चे के शरीर पर कई घाव होने की पुष्टि हुई है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि शुरुआती जांच में पता चला है कि बच्चे को सौतेली मां प्रताड़ित कर रही थी. पुलिस ने बताया कि जब आरोपियों को घर लाया गया तो कुछ लोगों ने उन पर हमला करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन पुलिस ने उन्हें सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया. फिलहाल पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही है और आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है.

The accused was caught on the spot as he himself had called the police when the fight broke out.”The incident took place between 11 am and 11.30 am near Inorbit Mall below Oswal Metro Station. Police said both Ansari and Gupta were traveling from Malwani towards Andheri via the link road when a heated argument took place near Mith Chowki junction while they were driving. “The verbal altercation quickly escalated as the two kept driving while arguing. The confrontation intensified when they stopped their vehicles near Infinity Mall below Oswal Metro station in Malad and they came to blows after the cab driver got out of his vehicle,” the police officer said.The officer said Ansari was riding behind the taxi and his bike slightly touched the vehicle. After this Gupta stopped his cab and blocked the way for the biker, after which a dispute started. During the argument, Ansari hit the windscreen of the taxi with his helmet and damaged the glass. After this Gupta got angry and stabbed him. Passenger Pal was also involved in this dispute. Hence, both Gupta and Pal were booked,” the officer said. According to police, eyewitnesses intervened and took Ansari to Criticare Hospital in Malad West, where doctors declared him brought dead. “The passenger, who is also an accused in the case, works as a water pump repairman,” police said. उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल जिले में नमाज को लेकर चल रहे विवाद के बीच इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी की है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि मस्जिद में नमाज पढ़ने वालों की संख्या सीमित नहीं की जा सकती. यदि अधिकारी कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सक्षम नहीं हैं तो उन्हें अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए या अपना स्थानांतरण कहीं और करा लेना चाहिए। कोर्ट की यह टिप्पणी संभल में रमजान के दौरान नमाज रोकने से जुड़े मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान आई।

कानून का शासन बनाए रखना राज्य की जिम्मेदारी
सुनवाई के दौरान हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि हर परिस्थिति में कानून का शासन बनाए रखना राज्य का कर्तव्य है. कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि अगर स्थानीय प्रशासन को कानून-व्यवस्था बिगड़ने का डर है और इसीलिए वह पूजा स्थल के अंदर लोगों की संख्या सीमित करना चाहता है तो यह उचित तरीका नहीं है. ऐसे में अधिकारियों को अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभानी चाहिए. कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि हर समुदाय को अपने निर्धारित पूजा स्थल पर शांतिपूर्वक पूजा करने का अधिकार है और राज्य सरकार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए.

20 नमाजियों को इजाजत दी गई
यह मामला शनिवार को कोर्ट में सुनवाई के लिए आया. याचिकाकर्ता मुनाजिर खान की ओर से कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई थी. उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें गाटा संख्या 291 पर स्थित मस्जिद में रमजान के दौरान नमाज पढ़ने से रोका जा रहा है. राज्य सरकार की ओर से कोर्ट को बताया गया कि राजस्व अभिलेखों के अनुसार गाटा संख्या 291 की जमीन मोहन सिंह और भूराज सिंह के नाम पर दर्ज है. प्रशासन की ओर से सिर्फ 20 नमाजियों को नमाज पढ़ने की इजाजत दी गई थी.

याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने कोर्ट को बताया कि जिस परिसर में मस्जिद है, वहां 20 से ज्यादा लोग आसानी से नमाज अदा कर सकते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि रमजान का महीना चल रहा है और इस दौरान ज्यादा लोग नमाज पढ़ने आते हैं. राज्य सरकार ने कोर्ट को बताया कि कानून-व्यवस्था को ध्यान में रखते हुए नमाज की संख्या सीमित करने का फैसला लिया गया है. प्रशासन को डर था कि भीड़भाड़ से हालात बिगड़ सकते हैं. फिलहाल कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि पूजा स्थल पर पूजा करने वालों की संख्या सीमित करना उचित नहीं है और प्रशासन को कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखते हुए लोगों को शांतिपूर्वक पूजा करने की अनुमति देनी चाहिए.
