लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय के भूविज्ञान विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार “जियोकॉन-2026: सतत पर्यावरण के लिए भूविज्ञान और जलवायु परिवर्तन” का शनिवार को समापन हुआ। इस सेमिनार में देश के कई विश्वविद्यालयों और संस्थानों के वैज्ञानिकों, शोधकर्ताओं और विशेषज्ञों ने हिस्सा लिया. दो दिनों तक चले इस कार्यक्रम में पृथ्वी विज्ञान, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जलवायु परिवर्तन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर चर्चा की गई. कुल आठ तकनीकी सत्रों में 54 विश्वविद्यालयों एवं संस्थानों के प्रतिभागियों ने 215 शोध पत्र एवं पोस्टर प्रस्तुत किये। इसके अलावा सेमिनार के दौरान 8 मुख्य व्याख्यान और 6 पूर्ण व्याख्यान भी आयोजित किए गए।

अगले दो दशक अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान के लिए महत्वपूर्ण होंगे
संगोष्ठी के दूसरे दिन भौतिक अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला, अहमदाबाद के निदेशक अनिल भारद्वाज ने कहा कि आने वाले दो दशक भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण होंगे। उन्होंने चंद्रयान-1 से चंद्रयान-3 तक के सफर और इसके वैज्ञानिक महत्व पर विस्तार से चर्चा की.

पृथ्वी संरक्षण विज्ञान का अंतिम लक्ष्य होना चाहिए
इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी एक्सेलेरेटर सेंटर नई दिल्ली के निदेशक अविनाश चंद्र पांडे ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय और शोध संस्थान पृथ्वी और पर्यावरण से संबंधित विषयों पर लगातार काम कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भले ही वैज्ञानिक विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में शोध करें, लेकिन ज्ञान और विज्ञान का अंतिम उद्देश्य पृथ्वी का संरक्षण और संवर्धन ही होना चाहिए।

“आज बचाओ, कल पाओ” अभियान का शुभारंभ

इसके साथ ही अधिकारियों को गैस वितरण प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुव्यवस्थित एवं पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाने का भी निर्देश दिया गया.

बैठक में मंत्री कपिल देव ने गैस सिलेंडर को लेकर चर्चा की. जमाखोरी और कालाबाजारी इसे लेकर भी कड़ा रुख अपनाया.

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि यदि गैस सिलेंडरों के अवैध भंडारण या कालाबाजारी की कोई शिकायत मिलती है, तो संबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ तुरंत सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए.
