Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs Chairman Vivek Chaturvedi said the windfall tax on exports will yield around Rs 1,500 crore in the first fortnight, while the government will have to forego revenue of over Rs 7,000 crore due to the excise duty cut. He said that the export tax will be reviewed fortnightly.

बताया जा रहा है कि कार्यक्रम में कन्नौज के जिलाधिकारी आशुतोष अग्निहोत्री समय पर नहीं पहुंचे. इतना ही नहीं मंत्री के पहुंचने के करीब 15 मिनट बाद एसडीएम और एडीएम भी कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पहुंचे. कार्यक्रम में मंत्री को शाम 5:30 बजे मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर बुलाया गया था और वह तय समय पर पहुंच गये. लेकिन जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उनके प्रोटोकॉल का पालन नहीं किया गया.

देर से शुरू हुआ विवाद, मंत्री को करना पड़ा इंतजार
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कार्यक्रम में अधिकारियों को उम्मीद थी कि मंत्री भी देर से आएंगे. लेकिन जब मंत्री तय समय पर पहुंचे तो वहां कोई भी वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद नहीं था. बाद में मंच से घोषणा की गयी कि डीएम के आने के बाद ही कार्यक्रम शुरू होगा. इसके चलते मंत्री को करीब 45 मिनट तक इंतजार करना पड़ा, जिससे स्थिति असहज हो गयी.

नाराज मंत्री कार्यक्रम बीच में ही छोड़कर चले गए
जब काफी देर तक डीएम मौके पर नहीं पहुंचे तो मंत्री असीम अरुण ने कार्यक्रम छोड़ने का फैसला किया. वह कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए बिना ही लौट गये. आपको बता दें कि असीम अरुण पहले आईपीएस अधिकारी रह चुके हैं, इसलिए प्रशासनिक अनुशासन की उनकी समझ काफी मजबूत मानी जाती है.

डीएम को पत्र लिखकर जताई नाराजगी
मंत्री ने डीएम को पत्र लिखकर इस पूरे मामले पर नाराजगी जताई है. पत्र में उन्होंने कार्यक्रम के दौरान अव्यवस्था और देरी की ओर ध्यान दिलाया. उन्होंने साफ कहा कि इस तरह की लापरवाही प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाती है. इस घटना के बाद जिले में प्रशासन की कार्यशैली को लेकर चर्चा तेज हो गयी है.

ज़िला मुजफ्फरनगर ककरौली क्षेत्र स्थित गांव चोरावाला में मोरना-जानसठ मुख्य मार्ग पर तालाब के पास खड़ा एक झुका हुआ हाईटेंशन विद्युत पोल इन दिनों ग्रामीणों व राहगीरों के लिए गंभीर चिंता का कारण बना हुआ है। पोल की हालत इतनी खराब हो गई है कि इसके कभी भी गिरने की आशंका बनी हुई है, जिससे इलाके में भय और असुरक्षा का माहौल बना हुआ है. ⚠️

उन्होंने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि इस पोल को तुरंत बदल कर नई सुरक्षित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि संभावित दुर्घटनाओं को रोका जा सके.
