महिला सशक्तिकरण पर विशेष फोकस

महिला सशक्तिकरण को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सरकार ने कई अहम फैसले लिये हैं. सरकारी नौकरियों में महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण लागू किया गया। सहकारी प्रबंधन समितियों में 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया गया है। राज्य में अब तक 2.54 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं लखपति दीदी बन चुकी हैं, जो ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था की मजबूती का संकेत है. स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 5 लाख रूपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण देकर महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त ब्रह्म उत्सव योजना प्रारंभ कर महिलाओं को सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक रूप से आगे बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया गया है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक, आरोपी बहू रंजना वर्मा और उसका प्रेमी राजन शर्मा पिछले 4 साल से रिलेशनशिप में थे. राजन उसी मकान में किराये पर रहता था। सास निर्मला देवी इस रिश्ते का विरोध करती थी. इसी वजह से दोनों ने मिलकर हत्या की योजना बनाई. शनिवार को जब पति और बेटा काम पर चले गए तो दोनों ने घर का सीसीटीवी बंद कर दिया और निर्मला देवी के हाथ-पैर रस्सी से बांधकर गला घोंट दिया। इसके बाद दोनों कार में घर से निकल गए और कुछ दूर जाकर अपने मोबाइल से दोबारा सीसीटीवी ऑन कर लिया.

पोते के आने से मामला खुला
शाम करीब चार बजे पोता आदित्य घर लौटा तो दादी को कमरे में बंधा देखा। उसने शोर मचाया तो पड़ोसियों ने आकर देखा तो वह मर चुका था। उसने तुरंत अपने पिता और माँ को बुलाया। इस पर रंजना और राजन डर गए और घर लौट आए. घर पहुंच कर रंजना रोने का नाटक करने लगी और लूट के बाद हत्या की बात करने लगी.

सीसीटीवी और डॉग स्क्वायड से हुआ खुलासा
पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच शुरू कर दी है। दोपहर 2 से 4 बजे तक घर के अंदर का सीसीटीवी बंद मिला, जिससे शक गहरा गया. बाहर लगे कैमरे में बहू अपने प्रेमी के साथ जाती हुई नजर आई। डॉग स्क्वायड भी मौके पर पहुंच गया और सूंघते हुए सीधे राजन के पास जाकर रुका। इससे पुलिस का शक सही हो गया और दोनों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया.

पूछताछ में जुर्म कबूल कर लिया
सख्ती से पूछताछ करने पर राजन ने हत्या की बात कबूल कर ली। उसने बताया कि उन दोनों का अफेयर था और उसकी सास इसके खिलाफ थी. इसी वजह से हत्या की योजना बनाई गई थी. मृतक के बेटे त्रिदेश वर्मा की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने बहू रंजना और राजन के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है.
