संग्रामपुर थाना क्षेत्र में फरार वारंटियों के खिलाफ पुलिस ने बड़ा अभियान चलाया है. शनिवार को चलाए गए इस अभियान के दौरान पुलिस ने पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया. ये सभी आरोपी कोर्ट से वारंट जारी होने के बावजूद लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे थे. पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई से इलाके में कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर सख्ती का संदेश गया है. अभियान का नेतृत्व थाना प्रभारी संजय सिंह ने किया और जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर चलाया गया.

वारंटियों के विरुद्ध विशेष अभियान
संग्रामपुर थाना पुलिस ने वारंटियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया. इस दौरान पुलिस टीम ने लगातार छापेमारी कर फरार चल रहे पांच आरोपियों को पकड़ लिया. कोर्ट से वारंट जारी होने के बाद भी सभी आरोपी पुलिस से बच रहे थे.

आरोपी गिरफ्तार
पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए गए लोगों में दो बुजुर्ग भी शामिल हैं. इनमें सबसे बुजुर्ग शेर बहादुर सिंह (71 वर्ष) हैं। इसके अलावा राम किशोर (60 वर्ष), राम बहोर (52 वर्ष), अशोक कुमार (45 वर्ष) और पप्पू शुक्ला (45 वर्ष) को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया. सभी आरोपी लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे थे.

पुलिस की कार्रवाई और सख्ती
थाना प्रभारी संजय सिंह ने बताया कि पुलिस अधीक्षक अमेठी के निर्देशन में यह अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि फरार वारंटियों को पकड़ने के लिए अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा और किसी भी आरोपी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा.

कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के प्रयास
पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई को इलाके में कानून व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है. पुलिस का कहना है कि कोर्ट के आदेशों की अनदेखी करने वाले किसी भी आरोपी के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

The drone is expected to have a range of more than 50 km and last about 30 minutes.The drone will feature electro-optical and infrared sensors for target identification, with the ability to operate in GPS-jammed environments. The IAF requires 10 drone units with two airborne and two ground control stations, with the aim of rapid development, testing and delivery within a year.With ‘Vayu Baan’, the Indian Air Force is set to join the select group of countries like the US and China that are working on air-launched unmanned systems. The US Army is investing in ALE as part of its future vertical lift ecosystem. Key technologies include the Area-I ALTIUS (intelligent-launched, tactically integrated unmanned system), which has been demonstrated in tests launched from MH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.China is focusing on integrating unmanned rotary-wing aircraft with its existing helicopter fleet, such as the Z-20J, Z-10 and Z-19.

Srinagar: A day after an avalanche at the Zero Point in Zoji La, located at an altitude of over 11,500 feet, killed seven Kargil workers and injured six others, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council-Kargil on Saturday accused the Jammu and Kashmir administration of lax response and demanded the governments of Union Territory Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir recognize the Zero Point as part of the territory of Ladakh. खतौली थाने की टीम एनएच-58 से गांव सरधन रोड पर संदिग्ध वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रही थी. इसी दौरान मोटरसाइकिल सवार एक व्यक्ति पुलिस टीम को देखकर घबरा गया और अचानक रास्ता बदल कर भागने लगा. पुलिस ने उसका पीछा किया तो उसकी बाइक फिसल गई और वह सड़क पर गिर गया।

खुद को पुलिस से घिरा देख आरोपी ने अचानक पुलिस टीम पर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी, जिससे मौके पर तनावपूर्ण स्थिति पैदा हो गई. पुलिस टीम ने पहले तो आरोपी को आत्मसमर्पण करने की चेतावनी दी, लेकिन जब उसने फायरिंग जारी रखी तो जवाबी कार्रवाई करनी पड़ी.

जवाबी फायरिंग में घायल हुआ आरोपी, मौके से गिरफ्तार

आत्मरक्षा में पुलिस की नियंत्रित फायरिंग के दौरान आरोपी शकील घायल हो गया। इसके बाद पुलिस टीम ने उसे मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया. गिरफ्तारी के बाद उन्हें घायल अवस्था में इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया.

पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक आरोपी की लंबे समय से तलाश थी और उसकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए विशेष प्रयास किये जा रहे थे. मुठभेड़ के बाद उसकी गिरफ्तारी से पुलिस को अहम सफलता मिली है.

आरोपी शकील के खिलाफ कई गंभीर आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं

गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त की पहचान शकील पुत्र बिन्नी निवासी ग्राम रुहासा, थाना दौराला, जिला मेरठ (निवासी देवीदास हाल निवासी खतौली) के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस रिकॉर्ड के मुताबिक आरोपी के खिलाफ कई संगीन मामलों में केस दर्ज हैं.

वर्ष 2018 में सरधना थाना क्षेत्र में गोवध अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। साल 2024 में उसके खिलाफ खतौली थाने में गोवध अधिनियम और पशु क्रूरता अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई भी की गई थी. वर्ष 2026 में उन्हें विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत वांछित घोषित किया गया था और उसी वर्ष उनके खिलाफ आर्म्स एक्ट से संबंधित मामला भी दर्ज किया गया था।

इन मामलों के चलते आरोपी पर 10 हजार रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया गया था.

अवैध पिस्टल, कारतूस व बिना नंबर की बाइक बरामद

गिरफ्तारी के दौरान पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के कब्जे से एक 315 बोर का पिस्तौल, एक जिंदा कारतूस, एक चला हुआ कारतूस और एक बिना नंबर की मोटरसाइकिल बरामद की. बरामदगी से यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि अभियुक्त अवैध हथियारों के साथ आपराधिक गतिविधियों में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल था।

पुलिस ने बरामद सामान को कब्जे में लेकर कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है और आरोपियों के नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य संभावित लोगों के बारे में भी जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है.

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में हुई कार्रवाई

डीडीएमए के कार्यकारी अभियंता राजविंद सिंह ने कहा कि भैरव और कुबेर ग्लेशियर क्षेत्र में 15 से 18 फीट बर्फ है, जिसे हटाना चुनौतीपूर्ण है. इसके बावजूद लगातार काम चल रहा है ताकि यात्रा शुरू होने से पहले रूट तैयार किया जा सके. उन्होंने कहा कि जरूरत पड़ने पर अतिरिक्त मजदूर भी तैनात किये जायेंगे. प्रशासन का फोकस इस बात पर है कि यात्रा से पहले सभी व्यवस्थाएं समय पर पूरी कर ली जाएं.
