Three months after German Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s visit to India, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is in Germany on a three-day visit. India is currently in the final stages of cost negotiations with German firm ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) for its procurement.
