Actor Arun Singh Rana is happy to make a comeback to acting and is currently shooting for a vertical drama in Punjab. He is best known for his role as Pandu in the 2013 show Mahabharat and was last seen in Naagin 6 which ended in July 2023 after a year.He says, “I am very excited and blessed to share the news about my upcoming vertical drama series. As audiences everywhere are embracing vertical format content, this project holds a very special place for me. This has been the most demanding project of my career so far. I was shooting day and night, often with only two to three hours of sleep.” He further says, ‘I have worked in television for many years, but this was a completely different experience. We had to complete a large number of episodes in a short period of time, which was both challenging and exciting. I always love to push my limits and this project has given me exactly that. What really excites me is the character that I am playing. It’s very different from anything I’ve done before, a completely new incarnation. I always say that acting is the only profession where you get to live many different lives and that is exactly what I am doing in this project. I can’t reveal much right now, so you’ll have to wait for the release!”Arun is also known for ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ and he is shooting for it in Punjab. He shared, “We shot in Patiala, Punjab and it was an amazing experience. The entire team was young, energetic and completely professional. Everyone knew their craft and worked with full passion. Hats off to the entire team. I personally also loved working in Punjab because, coming from Himachal Pradesh, the culture and language here felt very close to home.“He is open to acting opportunities. “As an actor I don’t want to limit myself and want to explore acting opportunities across all mediums. I am open to TV shows, films and the web as well. These days every platform is doing really well and helping actors reach new audiences.” He has appeared in shows like Kasam Tere Pyar Ki (playing the negative role), Kaal Bhairav ​​Rahasya, Kavach…Kaali Shakti Se, and Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gaatha.
