Vikas told the police that his last WhatsApp chat with Mayushi was around 3 am on May 1, where she had said that she was fine, but she would not return home till May 3. The language of the message raised suspicion as Vikas told the police that the message was written in broken English, but Mayushi was fluent in English. He suspected that the message had been sent by someone who had his cellphone at that time. The FBI post caused confusion as many social media users thought the agency had started the investigation in 2026. The reality is that the FBI’s social media handles had posted the same update several times in the last 7 years. One wrote, “She was missing in 2019 and was posting just 1 hour ago..?? Why?? As per the agreement, the husband had paid her Rs 75 lakh as first installment and Rs 14 lakh to buy the car and also returned the jewelery mentioned in the agreement.“It is common law that once the parties have entered into a settlement agreement, which has been duly certified by the arbitrator, in case of any flexibility from the terms agreed in the agreement, the opposing party will have to bear the burden of heavy costs. Any deviation from the terms of the agreement arrived at in mediation and subsequently confirmed by the Court must be dealt with strictly as such deviation attacks the very foundation of the entire process of arbitration,” the bench said.Referring to the wife’s claim regarding gold worth Rs 170 crore that she had agreed to exclude these terms from the settlement agreement only at the instance of the husband in order to alert the Income Tax Department and avoid any liability towards wealth tax, the court termed her arguments as “extremely serious”. “We are appalled by the audacity to appear before the court and condemn the clear disregard for the legal system displayed,” it said.The court said that she failed to mention any specific incident of violence committed by the husband or his mother to justify her criminal case and said that the case was registered only after she had withdrawn her consent for mutual divorce. “A criminal complaint regarding domestic violence merely mentioning the names of the family members or the husband without any specific allegation, pointing to their active participation in such act of violence, will be quashed at the outset,” the bench said.“While we are conscious of the fact that the parties to a long-standing matrimonial dispute are often driven by emotions, we cannot allow such emotions to take such a big form as to permit outbursts of emotions to form the basis of criminal prosecution. If such criminal prosecution is allowed, it will lead to abuse of law and oppression.”The court dissolved the marriage and directed the husband to pay the final installment of Rs 70 lakh and also quashed all civil and criminal cases filed by the couple against each other. The court accepted the plea of ​​the husband, who had approached the court through his lawyer Prabhjeet Johar for divorce.

अखिलेश यादव ने लिखा कि वेतन वृद्धि को लेकर नोएडा में हो रहा आंदोलन भाजपा सरकार की एकतरफ़ा नीति का नतीजा है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार पूंजीपतियों को फायदा पहुंचा रही है, जबकि मजदूरों व कर्मचारियों की अनदेखी की जा रही है. उन्होंने बढ़ती महंगाई का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि कम वेतन में घर चलाना कितना मुश्किल है, यह सिर्फ एक परिवार का सदस्य ही समझ सकता है. उनके इस बयान से राजनीतिक माहौल और गरमा गया है.

सेक्टर 59, 60 और 62 में विरोध तेज हो गया
यहां नोएडा के सेक्टर 59 और 60 में कर्मचारियों ने काम छोड़कर विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया. इस दौरान भीड़ ने दो कारों के शीशे तोड़ दिये और दो बाइक में आग लगा दी. स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए भारी पुलिस बल के साथ पीएसी और आरएएफ को तैनात किया गया है। सेक्टर 62 में भी विरोध प्रदर्शन जारी है, जहां पुलिस और कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच तीखी नोकझोंक देखने को मिली. बिगड़ते हालात के बीच कुछ मजदूर अपने गांव लौटने लगे हैं क्योंकि उन्हें असुरक्षित महसूस हो रहा है.

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के सख्त निर्देश
हालात को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने लखनऊ में श्रम विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक में सख्त निर्देश दिये. उन्होंने कहा कि सभी श्रमिकों को सम्मानजनक वेतन, सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण और बुनियादी सुविधाएं मिलनी चाहिए। सीएम ने सभी औद्योगिक इकाइयों से श्रम कानूनों का सख्ती से पालन करने को कहा. उन्होंने 24 घंटे के भीतर उद्योग संगठनों और प्रबंधन के बीच संवाद स्थापित करने के भी निर्देश दिये.

सख्ती और सुरक्षा पर जोर
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों से औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में सतत निगरानी रखने और श्रमिकों की समस्याओं का समय पर समाधान करने को कहा. उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि माहौल खराब करने वाले तत्वों को चिन्हित कर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को सतर्क रहने और किसी भी उकसावे वाली गतिविधि पर नजर रखने के भी निर्देश दिए.

मुजफ्फरनगर जिले के तितावी थाना क्षेत्र में जमीन का फर्जी बैनामा कर लाखों रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने के मामले में पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए लेखपाल समेत दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है. वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में गठित टीम द्वारा योजनाबद्ध तरीके से यह कार्रवाई की गई.

पुलिस के मुताबिक, गिरफ्तार आरोपियों पर योजनाबद्ध तरीके से जमीन बेचने के नाम पर फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार करने और पीड़ित से लाखों रुपये ऐंठने का आरोप है.

शामली निवासी पीड़िता ने लिखित शिकायत दी है।

इस मामले में शामली जिले के गांव महावतपुर निवासी नंद किशोर पुंडीर ने तितावी थाने में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। उसने बताया कि गांव लाखन निवासी तरूण कुमार से उसकी पहले से जान-पहचान थी, जिसने अपनी मजबूरी बताते हुए जमीन बेचने की इच्छा जताई।

चूंकि पीड़ित को जमीन की जरूरत थी, इसलिए उन्होंने प्रस्ताव स्वीकार कर लिया और संबंधित जमीन का निरीक्षण भी किया.

अकाउंटेंट ने दस्तावेज सही बताकर आश्वासन दिया।

पीड़ित के मुताबिक जमीन से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए मौके पर मौजूद लेखपाल तेजस्वी से जानकारी ली गई। लेखपाल ने सभी कागजात को सही बताया और दाखिल-खारिज व कब्जा दिलाने की जिम्मेदारी लेने का आश्वासन दिया।

इसी भरोसे के आधार पर जमीन खरीदने की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई गई और तय रेट पर सौदा तय हुआ.

लाखों रुपए का भुगतान चेक और नकद भुगतान के माध्यम से किया गया

बताया गया कि जमीन का सौदा जुलाई 2022 में 4 लाख 70 हजार रुपये प्रति बीघे की दर से तय हुआ था. इसके तहत पीड़ित ने सर्किल रेट के मुताबिक 8 लाख रुपये चेक और आईएमपीएस से दिए, जबकि बाकी 10 लाख 50 हजार रुपये नकद दिए।

इसके बाद अगस्त 2022 में दूसरे बैनामे के दौरान चेक और नकदी के रूप में अतिरिक्त रकम दी गई।

दाखिल-खारिज और कब्जा को लेकर टालमटोल शुरू हो गयी

लेनदेन के बाद जब पीड़ित ने जमीन की पैमाइश और दाखिल-खारिज की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने को कहा तो आरोपी टाल-मटोल करते रहे। कुछ समय बाद लेखपाल द्वारा जमीन के पट्टे संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र भी जारी कर दिए गए, लेकिन कब्जा दिलाने की प्रक्रिया आगे नहीं बढ़ाई गई।

लगातार देरी होने से पीड़ित को पूरे मामले पर संदेह होने लगा।

जांच में सामने आया भू-माफिया गिरोह का संदेह

पीड़ित ने स्वतंत्र रूप से जानकारी जुटाई तो पता चला कि आरोपी कथित तौर पर संगठित तरीके से जमीन के नाम पर लोगों को ठगने का काम करता है। आरोप है कि फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर निर्दोष लोगों को निशाना बनाया गया.

पुलिस के मुताबिक इस मामले में अन्य संभावित आरोपियों की भूमिका की भी जांच की जा रही है.

धमकी देने का भी आरोप लगाया

शिकायत में यह भी कहा गया कि जब पीड़ित ने जमीन या पैसे वापस मांगे तो आरोपियों ने उसके साथ गाली-गलौज की और जान से मारने की धमकी दी. बाद में, आरोपी कथित तौर पर अपने साथियों के साथ नई मंडी में पीड़ित के घर पहुंचा और कोई कार्रवाई करने पर गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने की चेतावनी दी।

इन घटनाओं के बाद पीड़िता ने पुलिस से सुरक्षा और न्याय की मांग की है.

पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है

मामले की जांच के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी तरुण कुमार निवासी गांव लाखन और मुनीम तेजस्वी निवासी रोनीहरजीपुर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस अब दोनों आरोपियों के आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड और संभावित नेटवर्क की भी जांच कर रही है.

अधिकारियों का कहना है कि मामले में अन्य संबंधित लोगों की भूमिका सामने आने पर उनके खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की जायेगी.

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में हुई कार्रवाई

तितावी क्षेत्र में फर्जी बैनामे के जरिए जमीन धोखाधड़ी के इस मामले में हुई गिरफ्तारी को पुलिस की बड़ी सफलता माना जा रहा है. प्रशासन ने संकेत दिया है कि भू-माफिया गतिविधियों में शामिल किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए भविष्य में भी इसी तरह की कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी.
