बहला-फुसलाकर दूसरे राज्यों में ले जाना
पीड़िता के मुताबिक, आरोपी उसे बहला-फुसलाकर सिंगरौली के बैढ़न इलाके में ले गया. वहां उसने लड़की को अपने एक रिश्तेदार के घर पर रखा और उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। इसके बाद आरोपी उसे उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र जिले में अपने घर ले आया, जहां कई दिनों तक उसका शोषण करने का आरोप है।

शादीशुदा होने का सच आया सामने!
कुछ समय बाद लड़की को पता चला कि आरोपी पहले से शादीशुदा है और तीन बच्चों का पिता भी है. आरोप है कि सच्चाई सामने आने के बाद युवक ने किशोरी को बीजपुर क्षेत्र के एक गांव में छिपाकर रखा। इस दौरान उस पर दबाव डालकर कोर्ट मैरिज भी कर ली गई।

परिजन तलाश कर किशोरी को वापस ले आए
लड़की के परिजन लगातार उसकी तलाश कर रहे थे. आख़िरकार 10 मार्च को वे लड़की तक पहुंचे और उसे वापस छत्तीसगढ़ ले गए। इसके बाद 12 मार्च को परिजनों ने बभनी थाने में लिखित शिकायत देकर आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की.

जीरो एफआईआर दर्ज कर केस ट्रांसफर किया गया
बभनी थाना प्रभारी दिन्नू प्रसाद यादव ने बताया कि इस मामले में जीरो एफआईआर दर्ज कर इसे बसंतपुर थाने में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया है, क्योंकि मुख्य घटना स्थल वहीं पाया गया है. उधर, दुद्धी क्षेत्राधिकारी राजेश कुमार राय ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और बसंतपुर थाना पुलिस आगे की जांच कर रही है.

दिल्ली की शिखा निकलीं असली उम्मीदवार
जांच के दौरान यह साफ हो गया कि 113वीं रैंक की असली अभ्यर्थी दिल्ली की रहने वाली शिखा हैं. जानकारी के मुताबिक, वह फिलहाल हरियाणा के रोहतक जिले में खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी के पद पर कार्यरत हैं. दिल्ली प्रत्याशी की सही जानकारी सामने आई तो बुलंदशहर की शिखा का दावा गलत साबित हुआ। इसके बाद उन्होंने मीडिया के सामने आकर अपनी गलती स्वीकार की.

परिवार ने भी बिना जांच किए सूचना फैला दी
शिखा गौतम ने कहा कि जब उन्होंने रिजल्ट देखा तो वह बहुत उत्साहित थीं. उन्होंने नाम देखकर ही मान लिया कि उनका चयन हो गया है, रोल नंबर नहीं देखा। इसके बाद उन्होंने इसकी जानकारी अपने परिवार और परिचितों को दी, जिससे यह खबर तेजी से फैल गई. इस मामले में शिखा के पिता प्रेमचंद ने भी सफाई दी. उन्होंने कहा कि जब बेटी ने बताया कि उसका चयन हो गया है तो परिवार को उस पर विश्वास हो गया. परिवार ने भी बिना पूरी जांच पड़ताल किए यह जानकारी लोगों तक फैला दी। बाद में जब सच्चाई सामने आई तो उसे अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआ।

अधिकारियों की ओर से कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं
इस पूरे मामले पर प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और बुलंदशहर के जिलाधिकारी से प्रतिक्रिया लेने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन उनकी ओर से कोई बयान नहीं आया. हालांकि, एसडीएम सदर ने कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में परीक्षा परिणाम के संबंध में आधिकारिक जानकारी की पुष्टि करना जरूरी है. पूरी जांच के बिना दावे करने से भ्रम पैदा हो सकता है। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि यह मामला अब पूरे इलाके में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है.

ऐसा मामला पहले भी सामने आ चुका है
बताया जा रहा है कि इससे पहले भी यूपीएससी की 301वीं रैंक को लेकर ऐसा ही दावा सामने आया था. उस वक्त जांच में बिहार की आकांक्षा का दावा फर्जी पाया गया था, जबकि उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजीपुर की आकांक्षा सिंह को असली उम्मीदवार बताया गया था. क्यूआर कोड स्कैन और आधिकारिक विवरण से उनके चयन की पुष्टि की गई।
