Rejecting the petition against the maintenance order, the court said that the child should not bear the cost of the discord between the parents. delhi news

Rejecting the petition against the maintenance order, the court said, the child should not bear the cost of the discord between the parents.

New Delhi: Holding that a father’s financial capacity must translate into a life of dignity and opportunity for his child, a Delhi court dismissed a husband’s appeal challenging a Rs 50,000 monthly ad-interim maintenance order.Noting that “a child does not choose his parents’ discord, yet suffers its darkest consequences,” Additional Sessions Judge Anuj Aggarwal ruled that the duty to provide remains regardless of the mother’s financial independence. The appeal filed by Gaurav Aggarwal was dismissed, with the court finding the amount awarded to be fair and reasonable. The court also said that the law not only takes steps to resolve disputes between the parties but also ensures that “the child is not deprived of dignity, protection and opportunity.” The court said, “The financial capacity of the father cannot remain a mere figment of imagination; it must translate into a life of reasonable comfort and development for the child, who is his child.”The case arose out of Gaurav Aggarwal challenging a February 2026 order directing him to pay Rs 50,000 per month as interim maintenance for his minor child. She argued that the amount was “excessive”, citing her former husband’s financial independence and her own liabilities, while also raising issues such as increased expenses and other controversies. However, the Court held that the impugned order was purely an “ad-interim arrangement” passed at the initial stage to ensure immediate maintenance of the child, with the main application for interim maintenance still pending. It added that at this stage, only a prima facie assessment of the financial capacity and immediate needs of the child is necessary and not a detailed investigation of the disputed facts.Referring to Gaurav’s declared income of approximately Rs 3,27,093 per month, the court found the maintenance amount to be neither excessive nor disproportionate, noting that the needs of a child “extend beyond basic survival to include education, health care and overall development.” It further states that although the independent income of the mother is a relevant factor, it does not affect the liability of the father.

Trumpiana: Was a form of Old MacDonald. AIAIO

Donald, as the first of his beloved wives liked to call him, was angry. He loves playing roles with AI imagery, portraying him as a king, a footballer, a lion, Superman, the Pope and more – except maybe God and Donald Duck. But there was never that much of an uproar over that post, which, in his words, portrayed him as a healer who made people better, whom critics, including some of his ardent MAGA supporters, somehow mistook for Jesus Christ!

Watch

The cut in aid to migrant children has deepened the rift between Trump and the Pope, triggering a new controversy.

“Only fake news can come out, so I just heard about it, and I said, ‘How did they come up with that?'” Trump complained on Truth Social, dismissing the blasphemy allegations. “It’s supposed to be that I’m making people better.”“And I make people better. I make people a lot better,” claimed the peacemaker-turned-bomber-turned-healer, even as he removed an image of a Jesus-like figure casting ethereal light over a patient’s head as translucent figures look down from the heavens.“Normally I don’t like to do this, but I didn’t want anyone to be confused,” he wrote, only to post another image a few hours later showing Jesus embracing him.“Radical leftist lunatics might not like it, but I think it’s pretty cool!!!” Trump praised X’s new image, which shows him in front of a microphone with the arms of Jesus wrapped around him and an American flag in the background.Trump then took aim at Pope Leo, the first American-born Pope, for his criticism of the Iran war, calling him “weak on crime” and “terrible at foreign policy.”“I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s OK for Iran to have nuclear weapons. I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s terrible that the US invaded Venezuela,” Trump wrote, claiming that this was the reason Leo was chosen as the first American-born Pope.Rather than back down, Leo hit back, saying that the “illusion of omnipotence” is fueling the US-Israel war in Iran, now in its eighth week.“Enough of the idolatry of self and wealth!” He said during a mass at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. “Enough of displays of power! Enough of war! True strength is shown in the service of life.”“Stop pandering to the radical left, and focus on being a great Pope, not a politician,” the POTUS warned, escalating the unholy war of words while striking another blow at the pontiff.Saying he has “no fear of the Trump administration,” Leo condemned “those who manipulate religion and the name of God for their military, economic and political gain.”Meanwhile, even though Trump vowed to keep the US blockade of Iranian ports “in full force” following the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, NBC suggested Trump was trying to avoid war with Iran. One major reason: the upcoming state visit of King Charles III in late April. In fact, according to NBC, Trump is talking about this trip as yet another reason to justify his controversial ballroom, whose “overground” construction has been halted by an “out of control Trump hating judge” at the behest of “a woman walking her dog.”“The water can go 3 to 4 inches above his shoes. It’s not a good feeling,” Trump told reporters a few weeks ago, alluding to the potential humiliation of the British monarch stepping on the wet grass on the South Lawn rather than a marble floor. “King Charles, who is a great man, we don’t want him sitting in a pond of water.”Back on terra firma, the great doctor touted the virtues of diet soda to help prevent cancer, prompting some real doctors to remind the public that Trump’s favorite beverage will do nothing to prevent cancer.Mehmet Oz, a cardiothoracic surgeon and television personality who now leads the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, shrugged off Don Jr.’s boss’s prescription without objection. podcast.Oz told the president’s eldest son, “Your father argues that diet soda is good for him because it kills grass – if it is put on grass – so, therefore, it should kill cancer cells inside the body.”The New York Times suggested that Trump’s erratic behavior and sometimes profane statements, as well as his “An entire civilization will die tonight” threat to wipe Iran off the map, “have given many people the image of a deranged autocratic ruler obsessed with power”.While the White House claims POTUS is sharp and keeps his opponents on edge, House Democrats introduced legislation that would create a commission to assess whether Trump is ineligible to serve and should be removed under the 25th Amendment — with little chance of success.Meanwhile, Trump has repeatedly promised to pardon his top aides before leaving office, according to the Wall Street Journal’s Fly on the Wall account.“I would pardon anyone who came within 200 feet of the Oval,” Trump said laughing at a recent meeting. As the President repeated this line, the range appears to have widened from within 10 feet last year.In a conversation with advisers last year in the dining room next to the Oval Office, Trump said he would host a news conference and announce mass pardons before leaving office, according to the Journal.Trump has used the unconditional power of pardon offered by the presidency with great abandon, distributing nearly 1,600 grants so far in his second term. Many have reached out to colleagues and donors, or those who hired them, after a social pull or a round of golf.It may be all fun and games for Trump, but it is no laughing matter for the world hoping for a respite from his bizarre rule.(By arrangement with The American Bazaar, www.americanbazaaronline.com)

Newborn Baby Treatment Senior experts sharing their experiences, the child was diagnosed with pallor on the third day in a newborn baby from a labor family in a small hospital in Patna in the year 2015.Jaundice) appeared. The family was portrayed as having regular standard and sunbathing conditions as normal, but later photocopying began and the family faced financial pressure.

A similar situation came to light in the case of twin daughters from a middle-class family during the Covid period. Later investigation found it to be normal neonatal jaundice, but the expense of treatment affected the family in the long run.

Another woman from Bihar said that her child’s bilirubin level was 12 mg/dl, which is considered within the normal range, she was also diagnosed with a serious condition. At the time of the second saint, the situation remained normal only with observation and breastfeeding.

Such expert experts have time and again felt that lack of awareness often leads to pesticide concerns.

Why does neonatal jaundice occur? what does science say

After birth, natural biological changes occur in the baby’s body. Hemoglobin (HbF) used during pregnancy breaks down after birth and forms bilirubin. The liver of a newborn baby is not fully developed, so skin rashes are possible in the early days.

The general timeline of specialist trainees looks like this:

  • bright yellowness for the first 1-2 days
  • third to fifth day growth
  • high level on the fifth day
  • reduction after the tenth day

This process is normal in most healthy newborns.

This yellowness occurs in newborn babies

According to the data:

  • Yellowness is seen in about 60-80 percent of normal newborns.
  • It is more likely to occur in premature babies.
  • In most cases, spontaneous recovery is possible without complex treatment.

For this reason it is called logical logical jaundice.

When the situation can become really serious

Although in most cases there is no need for concern, some hostels should not be banned:

  • Yellowness in the first 24 hours after birth
  • Rapid increase in bilirubin levels
  • kid cum school
  • extremely greedy
  • yellowness all over the body
  • persist for more than two weeks

In such cases, photoplastic or other treatments may be required.

Experience: A large number of children with only breasts and provision of supervision

According to experts, in their long experience, a large number of newborns become normal with regular bathing, solar sunscreen and supervision. However, every child’s condition is different, so decisions should always be taken based on the test report.

Home care: what measures do experts emphasize

The following precautions are generally useful in unrelated cases:

  • Breast every 2-3 hours
  • Limited sunlight from 8 am to 10 pm
  • systematization
  • Regular observation on children’s illness
  • Checking bilirubin level from time to time

Some doctors, based on their experience, recommend helpful homeopathic medicines like Aconite 3X And Chelidonium 30 Also mentioned. It should be used only after expert consultation.

At what revolutions does the risk increase?

Some things that can be serious in neonatal jaundice are:

  • Maternal Diabetes (GDM)
  • Blood group incompatibility (ABO incompatibility)
  • Infection
  • low birth weight
  • premature birth

In such cases, monitoring of slavery is necessary.

Is photocopy necessary for every child?

Photo is considered a safe treatment for neonatal jaundice, but according to experts it is required only in neonatal cases where the bilirubin level is above the prescribed limit.

Therefore, treatment is always decided after looking at the child’s age, weight and test reports.

Brief questions about health system – why awareness is important

The expert says that many times families take decisions in discussion only due to lack of knowledge. In such a situation, parents should know the following things:

  • what is the bilirubin level
  • This is normal for age
  • what is supervision supervision
  • Is photo required

Only awareness decides the direction of right decision.

“Parents’ Sanctuary”- Message from experts

The expert believes it is extremely important to ask the right questions, report Nicholas and discuss Frank with the doctor. Only awareness can become the strongest foundation of newborn health security.

The appearance of jaundice in a newborn baby is not always a cause for concern, but timely identification and expert advice is very important. A decision taken with information, patience and awareness can become the strongest institution for the safe and healthy future of the child.

Strait of Hormuz: Open, closed, open, closed: What’s happening with the Strait of Hormuz?

खुला, बंद, खुला, बंद: होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य के साथ क्या हो रहा है?

Open, closed, open, closed: what’s happening with the Strait of Hormuz?

Iran has reimposed sanctions on the Strait of Hormuz after the US refused to end the blockade on ships coming to or from Iranian ports. Iran’s IRGC naval command said it would take strong action against US “malicious violations”, and said the Strait of Hormuz would remain under strict military control until all threats to ships traveling to and from Iranian ports are removed.“Control of the Strait of Hormuz has returned to its previous position under the strict management and control of the armed forces,” Iran’s Joint Military Command said, accusing the US of violating the agreement. It further warned that sanctions would remain in place as long as the US blockade of Iranian ships continues. This announcement comes after US President Donald Trump’s statement on Friday in which he said that the US blockade on Iranian ships will remain in place despite Iran opening the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump Truth Social Post

Trump announces continuation of US blockade of Iranian ports despite Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz

Trump said in a post on Truth Social, “The Strait of Hormuz is fully open and ready for trade and full passage, but the naval blockade will remain in full force and effect as it relates to Iran, only until our transaction with Iran is 100% complete. This process should be very rapid as most points have already been negotiated.”On Friday, Iran said it had fully reopened the Strait of Hormuz to commercial vessels following the announcement of a 10-day ceasefire between Israel and the Iranian-backed Hezbollah militant group in Lebanon. Following the ceasefire announcement, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced the reopening of the summit.“In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, passage for all commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz has been declared fully open for the remaining period of the ceasefire, as already announced by the Ports and Maritime Organization of the Islamic Representative of Iran,” he wrote.

Iran’s statement

Ibrahim Azizi, head of Iran’s National Security Committee, gave an update on the situation in the Strait of Hormuz in a statement. According to the new maritime system of strategic waterways, only commercial vessels with authorization from the IRGC navy are allowed in after paying tolls, Al Jazeera reported.“The time has come for the Strait of Hormuz to comply with a new maritime regime,” he said, adding that under this new system, only commercial vessels with authorization from the IRGC Navy are allowed to navigate through designated routes after paying the required tolls. He also warned against US interference, saying, “As long as the US continues to threaten the movement of ships to and from Iran, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz will remain even more restricted than before.”Iranian state media also reported a statement from Iran’s military spokesman, accusing it of a “breach of trust” by the United States.Confirming the Iranian Navy’s full monitoring of the ships’ passage, the statement further said, “If the alleged naval blockade continues such passage is considered void. A limited number of oil tankers and commercial ships were allowed to pass through the strait. But unfortunately, the Americans, because of the repeated breaches of trust that are part of their track record, continue to engage in piracy and sea piracy under the so-called rubric of blockade. It concluded, “Control of the strait was again ‘under the strict management and control of the armed forces’ until the US ended its blockade of ships sailing to Iranian ports.”Notably, about a fifth of the world’s oil passes through the strait and further border increases would reduce already constrained supplies, pushing prices up once again.

Hormuz crisis timeline

The crisis began on February 28, when Iran announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz following the US and Israel launching “Operation Epic Fury” and the assassination of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The IRGC laid sea mines and targeted merchant ships. This caused shipping traffic to halt until early March.By March 7, Tehran had formally announced a closure, banning ships from what it called “hostile nations”. This included America, Israel and its allies. Global oil prices increased due to the shutdown. The second phase began on March 9, when US President Donald Trump claimed the strait was open, although it remained firmly under Iranian control. On March 15, Iran introduced a toll system for passing ships, charging up to $2 million per ship. However, it offered exemptions to some countries, including India, China and Russia, who were allowed to pass through without paying any toll. The US military began a mine-clearing operation, and later on April 6, Trump issued an ultimatum demanding Iran reopen the strait or face attacks on its energy infrastructure. This was followed by a fragile ceasefire brokered by Pakistan on 8 April, marking the third phase of talks. While Iran agreed in principle to reopen the strait, it maintained tight control and continued toll, leading to the failure of the Islamabad talks on 11–12 April. On April 13, Washington announced a naval blockade targeting all ships traveling to and from Iranian ports. Other ships were exempted from the blockade. On 17 April, Iran announced the reopening of the strait, linking it to a separate 10-day Israel–Lebanon ceasefire. However, by 18 April, Tehran reversed course. Citing the ongoing US naval blockade, Iran’s parliament revoked the reopening agreement, with the military saying that control has “returned to its previous position”, effectively closing the Strait of Hormuz to international traffic again.
