Prayagraj: : On Monday, two unidentified bike-borne assailants shot a former village head near his house in Alamchand village of Sandipanghat police station area of ​​Kaushambi.The incident happened when Manoj Kumar (50) Went out for a walk in the morning.On receiving the information, Kaushambi SP and senior police officers including forensic experts reached the spot and conducted investigation. The seriously injured former village head was admitted to SRN Hospital in Prayagraj.A senior official said the motive behind the attack was not yet known.
