With this, the film’s first day gross is estimated to be Rs 9 crore, while the film earned an additional Rs 2 crore from international territories, thus taking its worldwide total to cross Rs 10 crore, bringing the total to an estimated Rs 11 crore.

The strong opening has given the film a good lead over Bobby Deol’s ‘Bandar’, which released in theaters this weekend. The film earned Rs 50 lakh from 1,365 shows on the first day, while its India gross stood at Rs 60 lakh.
