New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday criticized the central government’s decision to use Air Force vehicles to transport NEET question papers, raising questions whether the move will actually stop leaks and accusing the government of posturing.““We have considered him a fool,” Kejriwal said in a video message.Kejriwal posted on Twitter, “Air Force planes will be used to stop paper leaks in NEET. Will this stop paper leaks? How can our government talk like an illiterate person? They have no intention of stopping paper leaks. The education system of the country is completely trapped in the clutches of mafia.”“There are a lot of exam question papers around the world, and nowhere are they transported in bulletproof trucks of the Air Force,” he said in a video message. This government is just pretending. They are pretending to take action, but have no real intention of fixing the system. The leaks will continue.”Kejriwal also took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the disruption in the CUET-UG 2026 exam, which was delayed at several centers due to technical glitches on Friday.Responding to a post by AAP leader Atishi highlighting the difficulties faced by students at an examination center in Varanasi, Kejriwal wrote on Twitter: “The country needs an educated PM.”Kejriwal also cited the case of Vedant, a class 12 student, who had raised concerns about discrepancies in his physics paper. He said, “Vedant was trolled by his troll army, called a Pakistani and a traitor. All this is happening to save the education mafia.”Earlier, the national testing agency had confirmed that CUET-UG 2026 had faced disruption at some centers on May 30 due to a technical glitch reported by its service provider, Tata Consultancy Services. NTA revised the afternoon shift schedule and said that compensatory time will be provided to the affected candidates.The controversy comes amid ongoing concerns over the CBSE OSM discrepancy controversy and the NEET-UG paper leak issue.
