Virat Kohli could score only 15 runs, while Devdutt Padikkal also failed to make a big impact. Venkatesh Iyer provided some momentum early on, but chasing soon became unrealistic.Once RCB realized that victory was out of reach, Rajat Patidar and Krunal Pandya focused on reaching the crucial figure of 166 runs required to finish in the top two.
