Was he given any medication?” Jill wrote that she never found out what happened that night. Perhaps she was given Ambien or codeine cough syrup for a persistent cough when she came home from Europe and was experiencing side effects.“In that argument, Joe lost himself,” Jill wrote in her memoir. “He lost the essence of who he was. He did not speak from the heart. His opponent lied more than a hundred times, but it didn’t matter.”Even Joe Biden was aware of the disaster he had caused.
