Chennai, April 17 (IANS) Popular Malayalam actor and director Joju George on Friday announced that the second film he is going to direct has been titled ‘Paripadi’, much to the delight of fans and film lovers.

Thanks to Venuchethan, Rajivettan, Yuvan sir, Anbarivamaster and all my cast and crew.”The film, which has created huge excitement among fans and film lovers, will have music by Tamil music director Yuvan Shankar RajaIlaiyaraaja’s younger son, and cinematography by Rajeev Ravi. Produced by Venu Kunnapilli on behalf of Kaavya Film Company, ‘Paripadi’ will be edited by Manu Antony and stunt choreography will be done by National Award-winning stunt choreographer Jodi Anbariv. The sound design of the film will be by Ajayan Adat and the production design will be by Sabu Mohan. The film’s makeup will be done by NG Roshan while the costumes will be designed by Melvi J.The film has created huge interest among the fans and film lovers as Joju George’s debut film ‘Paani’ as a director turned out to be a big superhit. It received critical acclaim not only in Kerala but also in Tamil Nadu. As an actor, Joju George has several films in his kitty including director Manu Antony’s ‘Aaja: Sundari’ and director Shaji Kailas’ action survival thriller ‘Varavu’. Both the films, which are highly anticipated, are set for release this summer. While Aja: Sundari is scheduled to release on screens on June 19, Varavu, which is based on the backdrop of the Malabar region and revolves around the life struggles of a character named Polly, also known as Polachan, will release on screens worldwide on May 1 this year.
