Man found dead at home in Chittorgarh; Family suspects foul play. jaipur news
Bhilwara: : A 40-year-old man was found dead under suspicious circumstances inside his house in Chanderiya area of Chittorgarh on Saturday morning, following which a police investigation was started. While family members have alleged foul play, police said the exact cause of death would be known only after a detailed investigation.The deceased was identified as Yashwant Gawariya, resident of Gawariya Mohalla. According to the police, the incident came to light when a neighbor entered the house after finding the door open and seeing a cow roaming inside. He saw that Yashwant was standing motionless leaning against the refrigerator. When she tried to talk to him and later touched him, he fell to the floor.The woman raised an alarm, due to which nearby residents came to the spot, who informed the police. Chanderiya Police and Gangrar Police Deputy Superintendent Shivprakash reached the tailor’s house and inspected the spot. Later the body was sent for postmortem.Acting Chanderiya police station incharge Champaram said that during initial interrogation it was found that Yashwant was addicted to alcohol. He was reportedly seen at home around 7.30 pm on Friday, when the television was on. Police are investigating whether he left home later to meet friends or whether other people came to meet him during the night.Chittorgarh Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh Said that investigators are looking into all the allegations and possibilities made by the family. He said, “Every aspect is being investigated. The exact circumstances of the death will become clear only after the investigation is completed.”
