Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee alleged on Sunday that the Bharatiya Janata Party was threatening All India Trinamool Congress candidates, including state ministers, to secure its support if they fell short of the majority after the assembly elections.He also claimed that the Center is planning a delimitation exercise to trifurcate West Bengal, with parts of the state likely to be merged into Bihar or Odisha, which he said will create difficulties for Bengali residents.Addressing election rallies at Asansol in West Bardhaman, Chhatna and Onda in Bankura district and Khandagosh in East Bardhaman, Banerjee said, “The BJP is threatening TMC candidates, including state ministers, seeking their support if they fall short of the majority mark after the assembly elections.”“The BJP is planning to bring a delimitation bill to divide West Bengal into three parts. It may merge parts of West Bengal with Bihar or Odisha and commit atrocities on Bengalis there,” he was quoted as saying by PTI.Banerjee alleged that the BJP had made a deal worth Rs 1,000 crore to remove the All India Trinamool Congress from power in the state.His comments come in the context of a viral video of Humayun Kabir in which he was allegedly heard claiming links with BJP leaders including Suvendu Adhikari and alleging receipt of Rs 200 crore as advance from a Rs 1,000 crore scheme to split minority votes and defeat TMC.TMC has demanded an investigation into the matter, while BJP and Aam Janata Unnayan Party have rejected the video as AI-generated.“They (BJP) have made a deal worth Rs 1,000 crore to remove TMC from power in West Bengal,” he said. He also accused the BJP of bribing voters before the elections and described the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists as the “biggest scam in the country” in recent times.He said, “SIR is the biggest scam the country has seen in recent times. Everyone in the world knows that your government will fall in 2026. We will then dismantle all the anti-people laws brought by your government.” “BJP bribes voters before elections. But they forget their promises soon after polling is over. This is what was seen in Bihar elections.”Banerjee further alleged that the BJP would attempt to influence the voting process and urged voters to remain alert and monitor the voting machines.Banerjee said, “Be cautious about voting machines. BJP has planned slow voting and slow counting. Foil all their plans.”He also alleged that the BJP was planning to give “spicy tea and sweets” to people to “loot votes”.

बैठक में 12 अप्रैल को आयोजित होने वाले ध्वज यात्रा एवं अभिषेक कार्यक्रम पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गयी. समिति के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस दिन धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों के साथ समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है.

फ्लैग मार्च को अनुशासित एवं व्यवस्थित ढंग से संचालित करने के लिए स्वयंसेवकों की जिम्मेदारियां भी तय की गईं, ताकि कार्यक्रम श्रद्धा एवं उत्साह के माहौल में संपन्न हो सके।

17 अप्रैल के भव्य जुलूस को लेकर विस्तृत रणनीति बनायी गयी

बैठक का मुख्य फोकस 17 अप्रैल को प्रस्तावित भव्य जुलूस पर रहा। समिति के सदस्यों ने जुलूस के मार्ग, स्वागत द्वारों की स्थापना, सांस्कृतिक झांकियों की तैयारी और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के संबंध में अपने सुझाव साझा किए।

कार्यक्रम को आकर्षक एवं व्यवस्थित बनाने के लिए विभिन्न टीमों का गठन किया गया तथा प्रत्येक की जिम्मेदारी स्पष्ट रूप से निर्धारित की गयी।

समाज में एकता एवं सांस्कृतिक संदेश देने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।

समिति के अध्यक्ष शरणदीप कौशिक एवं संजय मिश्रा ने बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आयोजन की सफलता समाज के आपसी समन्वय, अनुशासन एवं सक्रिय भागीदारी पर निर्भर करती है. उन्होंने सभी सदस्यों से अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का जिम्मेदारी से निर्वहन करने का आग्रह किया।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस वर्ष की जयंती सिर्फ धार्मिक आयोजनों तक ही सीमित नहीं रहेगी बल्कि समाज में एकता, सांस्कृतिक चेतना और परंपराओं के प्रति सम्मान का संदेश देगी.

बैठक के दौरान सर्वसम्मति से समिति पदाधिकारियों व कार्यकर्ताओं को विभिन्न विभागों की जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गईं। कार्यक्रम की सफलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्वागत व्यवस्था, जुलूस संचालन, जनसंपर्क, सुरक्षा समन्वय एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम से संबंधित विभिन्न कार्य निर्धारित किये गये।

इस फैसले को आयोजन की तैयारियों को और व्यवस्थित बनाने की दिशा में अहम कदम माना जा रहा है.

बैठक में ब्राह्मण समाज के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों एवं युवाओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया एवं आयोजन को भव्य बनाने हेतु अपने सुझाव दिये। उपस्थित सदस्यों ने सर्वसम्मति से जयंती को दिव्य एवं ऐतिहासिक स्वरूप देने का संकल्प लिया.

इस अवसर पर सुभाष शर्मा, सुरेंद्र शर्मा, चंद्रमणि शर्मा, संदीप शर्मा, लक्ष्मण शर्मा, रवि शर्मा, सुखबीर शर्मा, सचिन व कन्हैया सहित समाज के कई गणमान्य सदस्य उपस्थित थे।

जानकारी के मुताबिक गोधना मुजफ्फरनगर निवासी राजवीर (65) पिछले दो माह से खाटू श्याम मंदिर में सेवा कर रहे थे और रात को आंगन में सोते थे। शनिवार की रात भी वह मंदिर परिसर में सो रहा था. रविवार सुबह जब एक ग्रामीण मंदिर पहुंचा तो उसने राजवीर को खून से लथपथ मृत पड़ा देखा। यह देखकर वह सदमे में आ गया और गांव में सूचना दी।

ग्रामीणों की सूचना पर पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी लक्सर देवेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, कोतवाली प्रभारी प्रवीण सिंह कोश्यारी और भिक्कमपुर चौकी प्रभारी यशवीर सिंह नेगी पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। पुलिस ने आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज खंगालनी शुरू कर दी है और ग्रामीणों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।
