Because employers have to train new H-1Bs every three years and then it’s much cheaper to hire Americans,” Jenks said, blaming this policy, along with the sheer number of H-1Bs, behind fraud in the program.She also explained how most H-1B and F-1 student visa holders in the US begin their journey and then enter the system through Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM OPT extension and then the H-1B visa program. “Yes, we should eliminate the H-1B visa program altogether, but if the donor class won’t allow Congress to do that, the least we can do is make it a temporary visa again,” Jenks said.

Anti-H-1B influencers rise in Texas

DAC numbers were issued to the villagers after booking in March, but the agency personnel objected to giving cylinders to those with such numbers. There was a lot of argument between both the parties on this matter. The villagers parked the vehicle at the spot. He said that despite having DAC number, he was not being given gas.

On information, District Panchayat member Dr. Chhavi Kandpal reached the spot. He talked to the SDM and GM of KMVN over phone. He said that many people who had booked from March 13 to March 25 have not received the cylinder. Chhavi reported that GM has assured to release the new DAC numbers within three days. On the fifth allegation, regarding nationwide SIR expansion, he described the claims as “hypothetical and speculative” and insufficient to prove abuses. Regarding contempt or non-compliance of Supreme Court orders, he said such issues are dealt with through the contempt jurisdiction of the court. Finally, on the seventh charge of compromising independence, he said, “In the absence of concrete details or strong evidence demonstrating deviation from constitutional or statutory obligations, such claims fail the test of prima facie instance of ‘abuse’.”
