3 अप्रैल को मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को यह घड़ी भेंट की थी. इसके बाद इसे काशी विश्वनाथ धाम के मंदिर चौक में स्थापित कर दिया गया। मंदिर के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी विश्व भूषण मिश्रा ने यह जानकारी दी और कहा कि यह घड़ी पूरी तरह से वैदिक गणना पर आधारित है.

सूर्योदय के अनुसार काल गणना प्रारंभ होगी
इस घड़ी की खास बात यह है कि यह सूर्योदय के आधार पर काम करती है। सूर्योदय का समय जिस स्थान पर होगा उसके अनुसार ही समय की गणना तय की जाएगी। इस प्रणाली से भारतीय मानक समय को भी जोड़ा गया है, जिससे पारंपरिक और आधुनिक समय का संतुलन बना रहेगा।

काशी विद्वत परिषद के महासचिव प्रोफेसर रामनारायण द्विवेदी ने बताया कि इस घड़ी के निर्माण में काशी के विद्वानों का मार्गदर्शन रहा है. इससे युवाओं को भारतीय काल चक्र और पारंपरिक गणना प्रणाली को समझने का मौका मिलेगा और सनातन परंपरा का भी प्रचार-प्रसार होगा।

Chandigarh: To improve energy efficiency and reduce the operating costs of the industry, Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) will conduct a comprehensive energy audit of 1,875 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the state.The initiative aims to help MSMEs understand their energy consumption patterns and identify areas of savings. For enterprises operating on thin margins, even small reductions in energy use can reduce costs, improve competitiveness and support decarbonization efforts.Under the project, the audit will assess energy consumption patterns, identify energy conservation and process improvement measures, and estimate potential savings in energy, costs and carbon dioxide emissions. This exercise will also help in generating bankable and implementable audit reports, besides setting state-level energy efficiency baseline for MSMEs.The audit will include investment-grade energy audits (IGEA) to determine the current energy performance of each facility. Major energy-consuming systems such as motors, boilers, furnaces, furnaces, cooling towers and compressors will be examined, and unit-specific energy-saving interventions will be recommended.A techno-economic assessment will also be conducted to assess the feasibility of the proposed measures, including payback analysis and internal rate of return (IRR) based financial assessment.Officials said the audit will analyze at least 12 months of historical utility data, including power and fuel consumption as well as production profiles and operational parameters such as working hours and equipment schedules. A detailed implementation roadmap will also be prepared.The exercise will cover electrical, thermal, utility and process systems, while also exploring rooftop solar, solar thermal applications and waste heat recovery.This initiative is being taken in consultation with the Department of Industry and Commerce under the Rampage and Enhancement of MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme. PEDA has started the process of appointing consultants for the project, which is to be completed within nine months.Officials said the initiative is expected to provide actionable insights to MSMEs to reduce energy usage, cut costs and move towards more sustainable operations.

He pleaded guilty to disqualification after admitting that he caused Jogia Jewelers (UK) Ltd to falsely claim more than £2 million from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as part of a tax fraud scheme.Despite the ban, Jogia continued to control two pharmaceutical companies, Diamond Pharma Ltd and BHJ Consulting Ltd. His actions came to light when both companies later ran into financial difficulty.Jogia’s wife, Louise Jogia, 57, was convicted of aiding her husband. She was listed as the official director of BHJ Consulting, but it was her husband who actually ran the business.Mark Stephens, chief investigator for the Insolvency Service, said: “Bharat Jogia has shown complete contempt for the law by breaching the disqualification ban imposed on his director for more than five years.” She added: “Louise Jogia acted as a front to protect her husband, signing documents and providing assistance where necessary.”Stephens said ignoring disqualifications is a serious offense and damages confidence in UK business.Jogia’s original disqualification would have prevented him from running, managing or promoting any company registered in the UK until 2027. He was given a nine-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months. दूसरी घटना बरेली के हाफिजगंज इलाके की है. यहां भोजीपुरा से आई बारात का जोरदार स्वागत किया गया। शादी की रस्म शुरू होने ही वाली थी कि दुल्हन पक्ष के लोगों ने दूल्हे को दूसरी लड़की के साथ बारात में घूमते देखा. इस बारे में जब दूल्हे से पूछताछ की गई तो वह कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे सका. इसके बाद मामला बढ़ गया और दुल्हन के परिवार ने शादी करने से इनकार कर दिया. काफी देर तक समझौते की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन बात नहीं बनी और बारात को बिना दुल्हन के ही लौटना पड़ा.
