New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday said the exodus of seven AAP Rajya Sabha MPs is a “direct blow” to the “dictatorship” of party supremo Arvind Kejriwal.AAP suffered a blow on Friday when seven of its Rajya Sabha MPs, including Raghav Chadha, Ashok Mittal and Sandeep Pathak, quit the party, with Chadha saying the Arvind Kejriwal-led party has deviated from its principles.Harbhajan Singh, Rajendra Gupta, Vikram Sawhney and Swati Maliwal were the other four MPs in the group of seven.In a post on Twitter, CM Rekha Gupta said that AAP was founded with the slogan of ‘Inquilab’, but now it is ending in distrust and alienation.“Now you have only corrupt people in your party, not the common man,” he said.AAP termed the resignation of the seven MPs as a “betrayal of Punjab” and accused the BJP of plotting division by using the fear of central agencies.
