This year, a total of 26,502 students, including 14,145 female candidates, appeared in the higher secondary examinations held from February 25 to March 30. Similarly, 32,184 students appeared in the secondary examinations held between February 26 and March 24, of which 17,415 were girls.Unlike last year, when the results were published on April 30, this year’s announcement was postponed due to the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (ADC) elections held on April 12 and subsequent counting on April 17. Professor Ganchaudhuri said that more than a hundred evaluators were assigned polling duties, temporarily disrupting the evaluation process for about a week and impacting the preparation of results.To guarantee both accuracy and efficiency, experienced teachers were selected as examiners for both test sets, and the assessment was conducted under strict monitoring at six locations in Agartala. The evaluation process was completed on April 26, after which the preparation for the results began in full swing. Professor Ganchaudhuri assured that the TBSE team is working hard to ensure that the result is completed and published as soon as possible.
