New Delhi: Manav Suthar described himself as on top of the world after the left-arm spinner produced a sensational debut as India defeated Afghanistan by an innings and 300 runs in the one-off Test, with the youngster insisting that patience and consistency are the keys to success in the longest format.Suthar was named player of the match after taking seven wickets in the game, including a remarkable performance of 6 for 33 in the first innings, which led to India’s biggest ever win in Test cricket.“It’s an unreal feeling. On top of the world. When I went out to bat, after facing a few balls I was slowly feeling good and when I bowled the first over I wanted to stick to the same length and line,” Suthar said after receiving the award.

‘Test cricket is about patience’
