Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said preparations are underway for the upcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the state to ensure inclusion of all eligible voters.Addressing an organizational program at Bhagat Singh Yuva Awas in Agartala, Saha said the SIR exercise is being implemented across the country. He said the authorities have already started the preparatory work and are doing the necessary ground work while waiting for the official notification to start the process.He further said that revision of voter list is a regular process Election Commission Its objective is to maintain accuracy and inclusivity in voter lists.The Chief Minister said a workshop would be organized to discuss how support would be mobilized once the amendment process begins in Tripura.
